View from my room not great. Construction noise opposite started at 7 am - but that was an anomally. Parking area a bit muddy and not up to the standard of the property, but that's outside their control. At least it was right outside the door, and free.

Nicky (owner) and her team were all so lovely. It's such a cozy place. LOVED the way the kitchen/breakfast room was set up. Just like being at home. Everyone was very respectful of the space. Lovely farmhouse table, normal food, can put stuff in the fridge, cook your own breakfast, lunch, dinner - whatever. The room was very spacious and well appointed.

Small walk to Main Street, but very pleasant walking into town

There was a bit of road traffic noise. You need a bit of patience crossing into the main road into town, but not too serious.

Very generous sized house with good amenities. Big well fitted out kitchen and laundry. Big living area and deck. Good sized rooms upstairs. It was great to have breakfast supplies that we could cook up when we felt like it. Very clean. The main beach and town are a few minutes drive away.

A better system when you run out of hot water. The staff were very helpful and the hot water kicked in.

We were lucky and was offered a park inside. The area was very quiet, close to most things as we had a car.

My AirPods were mixed into the bed linen and left behind. Brenda went through the day's laundry and found them so a friend could pick them up. They were custom programed for my hearing loss, and we were visiting from the US. I could not have been happier to recover these.

Entire Studio Villa was even better than the photos. The staff were very helpful in accommodating us for a slightly earlier check-in and the villa was very clean. I just wish we could've stayed longer.

The property is right on the main road coming into Byron. A little too busy for us, but great if this doesn't bother you. The main sofa in the living room needed more cushioning as it sags in a couple of spots.

The property was a great size with 4x large bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, well stocked kitchen with the necessities and beautifully presented. Showers were great, extra blankets in cupboard, air con. There were also some board games available. Located close to town. Breakfast items were provided, which was lovely and appreciated.

I loved the decor and the feel of this villa.The ensuite and shower were spacious, clean and wonderful. The toiletries excellent. The bed was really comfortable. We had room to move.It was all spotless. And breakfast was included which was beautifully done.Thank you!

The apartment is very nice and cozy exactly in the Byron Bay Beach style. Brenda was super nice, she provided us eggs, juice and bread. it exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed the two days

The staff were super polite and friendly, happy to help and answer any questions. The beds were super comfy, the pool was immaculate, the resident dogs were sweet and cuddly. Privacy, facilities, room decor, proximity to town. We stayed in the studio and it was exactly what you need for a little getaway. The communal kitchen room is also a great feature.

Pool is a bit small but you are near the beach which makes up for this so not really an issue.

Very nice studio that was well stocked and in a convenient location. Had everything needed and was reasonable enough in price on a very busy weekend.
