Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SingaporeCozy and beautiful room. Shared toilet and shower room are clean, especially the ladies shower rooms at level 2 which are big, with shower screen and separate dry area. The hotel location is good, lot of restaurants/ eateries nearby and Woolworths is just within 5 minutes walking distance. Walking distance to Salamanca market. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice latte and tea from the bar at Level 1. Beautiful and cute dog, it always quietly stay by itself even when the guests walk past.

Location perfect, I had the best sleep first night, really enjoyed the lounge area meeting lovely people, felt comfortable and relaxed. I loved the ambience of this lovely hotel. The walls are adorned with original art works and the decor is dabbled with quirky additions to keep you smiling (flamingos in the stair well, teddies on the bar). The positive vibes are enhanced by chatting with the staff. They are all lovely engaging and fun people. I travelled in winter - the rooms were very warm and the showers were hot. The shared bathrooms were old fashioned in styling but nicely appointed, clean and within close proximity to most rooms. Plus the cocktails served at the bar/reception were divine - 10/10 for the Negroni!
