Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaStaff couldn't make cocktails which was disappointing since there was a menu for cocktails. Breakfast was nice but more options would be appreciated. The room was a bit smaller then I would have liked/storage wasn't utilised well as there wasn't really anywhere to put your clothes.
The location is fantastic, so close to public transport and a short walk into the city. The theme of the decor was really nice and the overall vibe was enjoyable.

The location was incredibly convenient, just a five-minute walk to Central Station and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was impressively clean and beautifully styled with a clear vision, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the 24-hour concierge service was a standout feature; they were always available and incredibly helpful, ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. AustraliaThis didn't bother me on a solo trip - there is no door to the bathroom and the toilet is behind a frosted shower type door, which is just something to be aware of if you're sharing a room and would like that privacy.
Staff were very accommodating and the room was cozy - I loved the decor. I would definitely stay here again.

On arrival we were advised we could take a pack up breakfast due to early departure however we were then informed that fruit would only be available due to delivery schedule of breakfast. We had to leave at 3am and night porter was unsure on how to secure taxi due to a new service installed - luckily the system worked and we got to the airport but was a little unnerving. We didn’t feel confident requesting a take out breakfast. These issues can be fixed with better briefing between different shifts.
