AC was turned off centrally by the hotel but I managed to sleep with the windows open at night.

Breakfast was delicious, location is a walking distance to the center, but at the same time located in a quiet area. Staff are very nice and helpful. Room is clean.

Good location next to the Praterstern station with the S-Bahn direct to the airport. Receptionist was very welcoming when we arrived. Bedroom was spacious and well fitted, we appreciated the mini-fridge in the room. Breakfast was exceptional due to the extensive breakfast. Be aware that the luggage storage locker required a 1EUR coin deposit, but reception were able to assist.

I chose this hotel because it was close to train station but wish I chose a hotel closer to attractions in town. We ended up using Uber a lot

Cool vibe with art, lots of places to sit downstairs and lovely outdoor patio. The decor of our room was chic. The breakfast room was very nice with lots of choices.

Location is little off from main attractions

Everything was great! Staff went above and beyond. We had our clothes drenched in rain and staff helped get them dry using on site dryers.

Hotel is really nice. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and both were big and clean. Breakfast is superb. I definitely recommend to stay in Der Wilhelmshof.

Night porter - he was probably tired and we should maybe have made him a cup of tea :-)

Quite location Big room Good facilities Great breakfast Whole team were exceptional apart from our night porter on our last evening.. we were excited in the bar post music concert, and he could have managed us a little better with less rudeness - but don’t let that put you off, the rest of the team are magnificent!

No sink in the toilet. If another person was washing in the adjacent shower room were the sink was located one had to use the bidet to wash hands. We were provided with a small soap to wash our hands at the sink, this was usually taken away without a replacement. The first time I went to reception for a replacement which was provided. The next time I gave up and we shared the bottle of liquid soap between the shower and the sink.

Breakfast was very good with a large choice of items. Food was fresh, coffee was good and items that were finished were quickly replaced by staff. Our room was provided with a plate of fruit and we also had coffee and tea sachets too. Beds were acceptable and comfortable enough.

Nothing was negative as such.

Very friendly staff who could help us with all requests emerged. Also, we had a good time and hence extended our stay with one more night beyond planned: the receptionists arranged everything smoothly and efficiently with this The breakfast was very tasty and of high quality with a great selection of choices. The room was spacious and clean. The location was ideal with a short reach to the local public transport and the grocery store, the BILLA. Short journey time to the city centre.
