The hotel was very close to tram, metro and airport bus by walking for a few minutes The hotel room was big, beds was ok. Shower ares was a bit small. Hot water was gotten warmer accidentally whilist turning to other side Breakfast was ok The stuff was very helpful. We came to the hotel too early in the monrning, but they permited to check in soon

Good location and good value for money. The room was small but it was clean and had everything ready for a short stay. Westbahn is close to Westbahn train station, and also close Mariahilfer street, famous shopping street in Vienna.

At our arrival the room was not properly cleaned. The toilet had some sings from its previous users and the sink had hair in it. The bedsheet also had some stains. I made the staff aware of the problem, they came to clean right away, but they did not say sorry about the situation which was quite unfortunate.

The elevator is small, only for 2 people and moves very slowly

Nice big clean rooms. Confortable beds. Air conditioning. Towels changed daily. Big, nice bathroom, a little outdated because of the bathtub. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast, quite varied.

The hotel itself is little old. Very basic amenities (no electric kettle or coffee machine in the room, no intercom to call the reception). In the bathroom the water was getting spilled as the divider provided for the bath was not proper.

The location is excellent if you’re travelling to/from Vienna Westbahnhof. The breakfast is excellent in terms of choices of food and availability ( the trays were refilled on time!) The staff were also very good.

The room was ok but the bathroom was old, outdated, not very clean (some molds), shower head is positioned in a way so water will always always come out of shower and in seconds bathroom floor will be super wet.

Location is very convenient. Staff is overall friendly and helpful. Aircon was working well which was super important since we visited in August (30 degrees)

Great location!! Easy to find. Friendly staff and quick check in!!! Lidl across the street as well as shops etc. Couple min walk to Tube/train station. Easy access to city centre (i walked back one evening also).24 hr concierge so no problems if you arrive back late after a few beers!!! Never felt unsafe at any point throughout my stay and the city!!! I'll defo be back!!!

I did not like the two dark skin receptionists who never smiled

I liked the location, it was only a 2 minute walk to the underground line3 that took me straight to the center within 10 minutes, The room was small, but very quiet just as I requested, perfect shower and bathroom, cleaned every day, fresh towels every day. good breakfast. staff was very nice, except for the two dark skin ladies who need to learn how to smile.

The pillow in the bed was worn out and should be updated.

Location was good, next to the Westbahnhof. Room and bathroom were basic. A/C worked good and fast. Breakfast was excellent - on Sunday they served Prosecco ;) Different hams, cheeses, spreads, salmon, breads, sausages, eggs, cakes, yoghurt, muesli, fruit, pancakes etc. So definitely buy that extra (14 EUR pp), if you have room only rate. They also store Your luggage for free.

We booked it 2 hours before arriving because our other accommodation cancelled on us. The staff were very friendly and easy to work with. Our room was nice and we greatly appreciated the AC on such a hot night.
