The only thing is the elevator, because it can accomodate only two people. Very small one. But was not a big deal for us.

We have chosen this property in accordance with the positive reviews. Location is absolutely perfect. Bus, tram, subway very close. Airport transportation is so easy, and also transportation to city centre with subway is easy too. Very kind and helpfull staff. A mall with all necessary stores is just nearby the hotel. Families who want to visit Vienna can choose this hotel without any doubt. We were very happy to staj at this hotel.

The Room booked was a twin Room (the ONLY type available at the time of reservation) but I texted the hotel a few weeks ahead asking for a double bed as this Stay was for celebrating an anniversary. The hotel didn't reply and assigned me a twin Room on the first floor with view to the machines and techical area. The employee who did our check-in (named Draco) was a bit cold and distant and was not helpful when we returned to the reception saying our air conditioning didn't work. He just said it was a new feature in the hotel and it was not working yet. I asked him a room where the air conditioning worked and he Said the hotel was fully booked. Then I asked for a discount giving the fact that the Room features weren't working fully and the hotel didn't have a solution and he replied that he could not give me a discount and ONLY the Next morning they could solve the issue. I then asked to speak to his supervisor and he Said the supervisor wasn't at the hotel (very odd on a weekday in the Middle of the afternoon) nor could he messager or call her. Then I Said I would like to write a complaint given the fact that they couldn't solve the problem, change the Room, give me a compensation or call the manager. He Said he didn't have a complaints book..... Then he went to the back Office and I heard him speaking to someone and the hotel manager sudenly appeared. She asked me if I had booked a Room with air conditioning and I couldn't believe in Europe in 2024 I had to book a 4* hotel Room with air conditioning!!! Then She told me that ONLY a part of the hotel had air conditioning installed and it was 16 degrees outside so I wouldn't need it working. I replied that the weather forecast Said in 2 days it would be hotter (22-23 degrees) and she suggested I could just Open The window...

The ONLY good things were the space of the bathroom, the easy Access to Wien westbahnhof station and the good Variety of breakfast Also the guy who did our check-out (an employee with red hair, I AM sorry to not remember his name) was really Nice

You have to take metro for seeing important places as like museums.

The elevator is quite claustrophobic with space for max two people.The floor is a bit creaky and shakes things if you walk fast.

Stayed in Family Suite. Was exceptional. Right opposite westbahn station which has a big food court in the mall with just everything.Big rooms and two double beds with couches. Location is quite good as easy access to to intercity trains ,metro,trams,airport bus...all just a stones throw away.Biggest advantage is they have good space to store your luggage as we checked out in the morning and our flight was at 10 at night. They even have washrooms to use at the hotel lobby.WOuld recommend this hotel(family suite) to anyone visiting vienna as connectivity to any place is too good which makes travel convenient.Its a hotel so no washing machine.Very kind and soft spoken staff.

There was a wall mounted air conditioner in the room, but I was not able to turn it on. I'm assuming this was due to the time of year, but the room got terribly warm, and I would have liked to cool it down for sleeping.

The room lighting was very dim (but plenty of windows for natural light). Bathroom was surprisingly small for a huge room (knees against the wall on the toilet), with an old style "shallow flush" toilet. Shower head was a bit awkwardly positioned so the whole bathroom would get wet when showering. Wifi was a bit weak, we could only connect from some parts of the room.

Booked a triple room for my parents and me. I thought it would be a normal room with an extra bed but it was very spacious! We had a couch in addition to the beds and plenty of floor space. The hotel is right outside Westbahnhof (just have to cross one street if you take the right exit), not super central but with very convenient transit connections. We didn't book breakfast but there was free coffee (from a machine) in the lobby all day. Building was a bit older but the room was newly renovated.

Clean well designed modern rooms with air conditioning. Excellent breakfast - lots of choice, both hot and cold. Easy to get to city centre via U-Bahn or 49 tram.

The single room is small. Also the room is old. The cleanness of the room was acceptable but not good.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The Hotel is close to Westbahnhof station, only 2 min walk from station. From the Vienna airport to the hotel you can get direct bus (travel duration 40 min.) which is very comfortable and cheep. There are so many infrastructures around (station, subway, shops, food courts and etc.). Easy to get all travel attractions in the city. Very good continental breakfast is available with the wide range of dish options. The staff is very friendly :) You can leave your luggage in reception before check-in and after check out. Free coffee available in the lobby for 24/7.

The room was a bit warm and the air-con did not work

Great location close to many shops and food places. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The place is pet-friendly as I was travelling with my cat. I paid 10€ for my car on top of the room price, but I think is a fair cost. Breakfast is delicious and the staff is kind and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will come back in the future if I will visit Wien again.

We stayed at mid may. It was around 22-23 degrees outside with lots of sun shine. This öade the room so hot and AC was not working yet. We could not leave the windows open since hotel is a very busy street

Super well located. You have all the means of transportation, and many coffee places in the westbahnhoff for grabbing a coffee and a sandwich before starting the day.

The hotel has a great location, easily accessible from a couple of modes of transport. Conveniently, there's also a supermarket across the street. The hotel has very small rooms and tiny bathrooms, but everything was clean and for the price there was nothing to complain about. There's an option for breakfast, and that far surpassed my expectations. Great selection of food in a pleasant environment. Well worth it.
