The elevator doesn't reach the top floor, so we had to lug our suitcases up one flight of stairs. The staff gave us some misleading advice about trains, although we were OK in the end. I wish had been a shelf for soap/shampoo in the shower. We had occasional issues with flushing the toilet.

Location is excellent, in the pedestrian center of Innsbruck. The breakfast was also excellent, especially the made-to-order dishes. Our room was upgraded and was quite large by European standards. The building is very old but has been carefully renovated. The property is spotlessly clean. The air conditioning worked well.

- Excellent Location right in the center of Altstadt. - All major tourist sites within walking distance of the Hotel. - Some good restaurant and bar options close to the Hotel. - Friendly staff at the reception. A huge shout out to Timea Marekova for helping us out with a difficult situation we found ourselves in involving our Car Rental Agency since we were not able to converse with them in German. - The room was superb and honestly one of the best we came across during our trip.

Staff were so friendly and we felt very welcome. The design throughout blended modern with the historic. It didn't feel like a museum but a thoroughly welcome hotel.

wish we could have stayed longer!

we were late arriving due to traffic at the border. The staff called us to make sure we were ok and on our way. Excellent communication about where to park and how to access the hotel. The dinner was delicious and breakfast was exceptional. very warm, inviting staff. the entire hotel is historic with just-the-right-amount of modern touches and surprises. definitely will stay anytime i visit the city.

Minor issues; No tea making facilities in room (can understand this given cleanliness and nice, quality fitout of the room). This a lovely 'character' property so the thick concrete walls had some impact on wifi availability in our room.

Staff were excellent, attentive and very helpful and knowledgeable re Innsbruck and surrounds. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious and spotless. Good location in 'old town', close to river, eateries and museums etc.

The Weisses Rössel is lovely hotel in a great location. All the staff made us feel very welcome and were very helpful, we had some great days out following their advice. Our room was lovely, comfortable, quiet, very clean with lots of space. The breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from and very good quality. Thank you for a very pleasant and relaxing stay, we would definitely return.

Bathing and washing area is dark.

Excellent location in the old town. Room is spacious. This hotel provides facial tissue paper!! Breakfast is more than adequate, mainly cold dishes like other hotels we stayed in Austria. The only hot dish is egg. Staffs are friendly and efficient. Thai and Korean restaurants just round the corner. A number of Chinese restaurants within walking distance. Public car park with subsidised rate is just 170 metres away.

Sidewalk had ongoing construction happening. Noise started from 7-8am to wake us up, but it was fine. Nothing to complain.

The staff is great! From the bar to the restaurant everybody made sure to accommodate our wishes. Hotel staff and cleaning crew was super friendly. Especially the breakfast was amazing.

Room exceptionally comfortable, stylish and clean. Breakfast the best buffet breakfast ever eaten. Loved that staff were happy to let me practice my German with them.
