We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Centrally located in a beautiful little side street. Had a terrace for breakfast and our room also had its own terrace for some lovely views! The staff were really friendly - there was specifically one server at breakfast who was so cheerful! The eggs were amazing and the coffee was to die for.

Beautiful little boutique hotel in a great location and with lovely staff. Very quiet and super comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Staff always helpful and friendly. Very central to old town yet tucked away in a quiet ally. Lots of quirky touches.

BulgariaThe hotel doesn't have a private parking, but thre is a public one, near to the hotel. If you travel by car, you should go first to the parking and leave the car, because the hotel is in a car restricted area.

United StatesConstruction works around it made the access a bit. My room was on 5th floor. Elevator arrives to 4th only. Luckily I had a small carry on otherwise it would have been difficult especially that one staff at reception was doing everything from check in to responding to calls.
It has a lot of character. The room was impeccable. The bed so comfortable. Very central.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, the staff so friendly and the bar was a great place to unwind with a drink (get the marille spritz)! Overall we loved our stay in Innsbruck.

United KingdomBeautiful old building but very sympathetically and luxuriously modernised bedrooms and a lovely decor throughout the hotel. Superb location in the Old Town area with everything in easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful and friendly, a lovely rooftop restaurant as well as inside seating that served an excellent breakfast and a bar on the ground floor also selling food. Set within the pedestrianised Old Town but a very short walk to buses, trams, car park and railway station.

New ZealandBeautiful hotel in the middle of the old town. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and had a really nice bathroom. Quiet despite being very central. Staff (both reception and restaurant) were very welcoming and friendly. We absolutely loved the breakfast and having it outside on the terrace was a bonus. Also enjoyed a dinner at the restaurant during our stay. I cannot fault anything with Weisses Rössl! A very good hotel!
