This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. We really like the location: close to Vienna, in the center of Baden. The hotel has an entrance to the mineral pools. The rooms have bathrobes and towels, and there is no need to go outside to the pools. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. There is wonderful soap and shampoo. There is a mini bar with a fridge. Amazing breakfast. The hotel has a trust bar, where you can grab a snack or a drink at any time. Tea is always free.

Nothing really, we liked everything.

Quirky hotel in Baden with great pool and wellness facilities. Its only a 5 minute walk to centre of Baden, next to a lovely park and 10 mins from Baden's fantastic outdoor lido. Very impressed with the facilities for people post-check out, as they have a dedicated room with changing spaces and hairdryers, etc to freshen up if you check out in the morning but aren't leaving Baden until later in the day. Good breakfast, nice bar area with pool table and chess table.

Service and breakfast were excellent. One of the attendants proactively provided us with a new ceiling fan without us asking and we did not even notice the change till the next morning.

No AC in the rooms, rooms need a slight refreshment, bed mattress is way too soft, I couldn´t sleep in it, so I used the sofa. I forgot my jeans in the room, they didn´t bother to contact me about it

The hotel is very beautiful and special. You feel like in the 18th or 19th century and you are just waiting for Ernest Hemingway to poop out from one of the rooms. Beautiful lounges, old leather furniture, hunting trophies etc. 24/7 self-service bar is a great idea and the breakfast is very good

The only disappointment was the bathroom facilities in our suite.

Interesting, "quirky" decor. Staff extremely helpful and obviously the best choice for the thermal spa if you plan to stay in Baden overnight.

Old but very clean facility. Great swimming pools. For those who are interesting in history - Ludwik von Beethoven slept in this hotel. ps. great breakfasts with Julius Meinl cafe.

I can't honestly find fault - I would only be being picky. It was welcoming, clean, comfortable, great breakfast, on Baden's doorstep so also very central. The only minor issue was not having a view from my room. On the other hand, the room was exceptionally quiet, so very peaceful.

A fabulous, quirky, hotel. Loved everything about it. I found it very relaxing and the environs are gorgeous. Baden itself is a beautiful town, with amazing parks.

It’s historical building, therefore they cannot have the AC in rooms. Only fans available , but it was manageable. Parking is 10€/per day.

Nice building, spacious room, clean, self service bar, self service restaurant in the evening. You will get to spa and pools via corridors. Romertherme was very good- pools outside and inside, for kids, jacuzzi, then in spa, there are different types of saunas, etc. and everything pretty clean.

This is a great, historical und unique Hotel, though with a weird design. You have all amenities you need, direct access to the thermal spa und great location in the center of Baden.

The staff—in particular the two women at reception when I checked in and checked out—went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. They upgraded me without my even requesting it, patiently explained the parking situation and use of the spa facilities, and one of them even let me use her parking space when there were no free spaces available.
