There is nothing to dislike.

This place makes you feel welcommed and in peace. Their hospitality, coziness of the appartment, softness of the towels, smell of the sheets, lightness of the douvet, the bed...everything is too nice! You go to bed with one thought in mind-to have breakfast and spend time in their sunny backyard.

Suzanna did everything to make our stay simple: car parking, train tickets, tourist books, and advice. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Access to the garden for an aperitif was an unexpected pleasure. Getting in and out of the city centre was easy and quick. Altogether, an excellent couple of days.

The feather pillows aggravated an allergy, but it wasn’t a big problem. We found a few ants in the carpet on our last day, maybe due to the close proximity of our room to the garden. It was mentioned to the staff who were very receptive.

Lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. There was a grocery store nearby and the subway and train were very close. Easy to get to. The breakfast was superb the staff was friendly and courteous.

The guesthouse, the host, Susanne and her team provided us with perfect hospitality. The room was unique, creatively designed in every detail, the owner carefully ensured that the use was completely suitable for the guests. The cleanliness was impeccable both in the room and in the garden. The host is very nice, speaks excellent English, check-in and check-out process went smoothly. Breakfast was fabulous with hot and cold food and daily tasty surprises. Special thanks for the Easter specialities! The neighbourhood is quiet, the city centre of Vienna can be reached in a short time by public transport.

This is a great location when you are by car. You can park on the street, 4.1 Eur / day. The rooms are nice, the sink and the shower are in the room itself, the toilet is jn a different room. Breakfast is excellent with the exception of the black coffee but you can also order espresso, latte or cappuccino. The hoast is lovely and speaks very good English.

We really liked that the rooms had themes to them. It gave a very unique vibe to the place. Other than that everything was really good, breakfast was splendid and the staff was really helpful. There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

This is an amazing place to stay in holliday. I booked here for the second time, and againg, everything was absolutely perfect. The room/apartment we staied was spacious, verry well equiped, very clean and cosy. The pension is close to metro station (about 10 minutes walking) and 4 minute to the tram station. The host is the most pleasant person I have ever meet, she gave us all the information we need, she made our accomodation beautifull. The surroundings is pleasant and peaceful. The breakfast was very tasty and various. I will come back here every time I come to or passing through Wien.

The rooms are fantastic, every has a special topic in connectiion of Vienna. Every small details in the rooms is carefully worked out like wall carpet, furnitures, pictures etc… Also the garden is very frinedly and nice, the breakfast was excellent and plantiful. Suzanne and her staff were helpful and very kind.

We had a really unique room 🤩, the garden is allso very inviting and perfect place to chill out after every excursion to Vienna, there is a tram connection just a few minutes walk away that will take you all the way to the Stephans Cathedral and after touring the city it's nice get out of the mass tourist zones and to a quiet neighborhood.

It is a bit far from city centre, but there is a cheap car parking option (4,2€.pee day) and train/metro station nearby (40 minutes to Karsplatz).
