All perfect.

The pension was wonderful, is near center of Vienna, but by underground You can visit all city. The stop of Underground was about five minuts to walk. We have visit Vienna in Summer and the bedroom was fresh in natural way. We have left the car in the street of pension with the cartel for parking that Susan gave Us. And owner Susan and the other staff of Apartment was very special people. We hope to come back another time in Vienna, and for sure We return in this structure. Thanks for all, Suzanne and Family. Bye bye.

We had a really good time at pension Haus Sanz . The rooms are very beautiful,every one is telling a story , the furniture and the bathrooms are new , better looking than the picture. The breakfast is very good , in the morning it smells like fresh bread cooked in the oven. The owner is very nice , the zone is very calm ,quiet and not busy. The pension also has a backyard with grass and a pond with japanese fish.

No wifi in the rooms and the fan was not working properly.

Beautiful decoration of rooms and lobby. The hotel has a pool, green area, and some bunnies! The rooms were clean and equipped with all necessities. The best part was the service. The owner is extremely attentive and friendly. It is 10 minutes walk from the closest metro station.

The location was a bit far from the center of the city and airport unless traveling by car.

The facility was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. We liked the peaceful neighborhood location, pleasant garden, fun and thoughtful room decor and comfortable beds.

Maybe the distance from the city center, BUT I chose to book this because it is near the airport, just 30 mins, and our flight was early in the morning

Our room was amazing! Large, comfortable bed, enough space to walk around and very clean Breakfast was very good, you have the choice to order some freshly made eggs, yummy! Also the staff was great! Very friendly and accomodating A big plus was the pool in the garden. Also, if you like more quiet neighboorhoods you are in the right place We will 100% go back

Very welcoming owner, we felt right at home! Close to Tesla delivery center. We flew and spent one night before picking our new car the next morning. Everything was very great!

It's a bit further from the city center but can be reached by BB or U-Bahn. But the calm location is worth the commute.

I loved the garden and all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious and well replenished. The host went above and beyond and catered to all our needs. The house pets were a plus for us too :) Would definitely come back.

There is nothing to dislike.

This place makes you feel welcommed and in peace. Their hospitality, coziness of the appartment, softness of the towels, smell of the sheets, lightness of the douvet, the bed...everything is too nice! You go to bed with one thought in mind-to have breakfast and spend time in their sunny backyard.

Suzanna did everything to make our stay simple: car parking, train tickets, tourist books, and advice. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Access to the garden for an aperitif was an unexpected pleasure. Getting in and out of the city centre was easy and quick. Altogether, an excellent couple of days.

The feather pillows aggravated an allergy, but it wasn’t a big problem. We found a few ants in the carpet on our last day, maybe due to the close proximity of our room to the garden. It was mentioned to the staff who were very receptive.

Lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. There was a grocery store nearby and the subway and train were very close. Easy to get to. The breakfast was superb the staff was friendly and courteous.

The guesthouse, the host, Susanne and her team provided us with perfect hospitality. The room was unique, creatively designed in every detail, the owner carefully ensured that the use was completely suitable for the guests. The cleanliness was impeccable both in the room and in the garden. The host is very nice, speaks excellent English, check-in and check-out process went smoothly. Breakfast was fabulous with hot and cold food and daily tasty surprises. Special thanks for the Easter specialities! The neighbourhood is quiet, the city centre of Vienna can be reached in a short time by public transport.

This is a great location when you are by car. You can park on the street, 4.1 Eur / day. The rooms are nice, the sink and the shower are in the room itself, the toilet is jn a different room. Breakfast is excellent with the exception of the black coffee but you can also order espresso, latte or cappuccino. The hoast is lovely and speaks very good English.

The room was a little small for two persons with all their motorcycle gear, and the usually complimentary coffee was charged for :(

We really liked that the rooms had themes to them. It gave a very unique vibe to the place. Other than that everything was really good, breakfast was splendid and the staff was really helpful. We had some problems with arrival and they were very helpful to sort out the check in process as well. Thank you so much Susanne and Pension Haus Sanz Staff!

The property is especially suitable for families with kids who had fun in their pool and the garden behind the house. The breakfast was perfect and delicious. The staff is very nice.
