The WiFi signal was terribly weak and unstable during the stay. I couldn’t have a decent connection in the room.

The whole amenities are fairly nice. The free water dispenser was the most impressive service at the hotel.

Not really not like but the directions to the hotel could be improved. The central train station is massive and unless you read German nearly impossible to navigate. By saying follow the taxi stand signs you will at least exit the right side to see the hotel. Exit turn left and across the road is the hotel would have saved me a 20 min walk around in dark at midnight after a long day travelling.

Had all the facilities required and a vast range of breakfast options. The hotel is also close to the hop on hop off bus, local taxis and the major central train station.

The other room I book is a normal twin room. The bathroom had no door and the other side was glass, which made us a little embarrassed to take a shower.

My friend came with a wheelchair and the hotel assign her a room with facilities for disabled guests, which made my friend very happy and satisfy. The location is perfect.

If you come with a car the price per day for parking is really high.

The location of the hotel is really good and you have everything you need around the hotel at a walking distance. The breakfast had a little bit of everything and it was just perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk from Vienna Hauptbahnhof, making it super convenient for travel around the city and beyond. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. They even allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which made our stay so much easier. Truly top-notch hospitality—highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna!

What I didn't like is, that the breakfast is so little! Just bread, eggs, cheeses, and then very few selections of cereals! There are no fruits at all! Sad because the hotel can be superb, but unfortunately, if you want to book a room, just book room/s only without breakfast included. You can just eat out as the hotel is very accessible from many shops/stores and the City centre.

The hotel is so clean and looks bright! The receptionists are very friendly too! The location is superb! Very accessible to the city centre, 2mins away from the tram, and most especially, only 2mins away from Central Train Station where you can get trains to Prague and other countries.

They don't have laundry services and I don't like when a toilet is separately from the shower and bathroom. It's quite inconvenient to go from the toilet room to wash your hands in a different room.

I liked a convenient location and their breakfast is always very good. The room was quite comfortable. Even though we were near railway station it was quiet inside.

4 Stars hotel should mean it comes with basic amenities in the bathroom, in which it lacks of. No drinking water in room, you gotta take the bottles provided by the hotel [often without a cap] or bring your own to refill the water from the lobby. Staff's friendliness is random, some are some are not and making faces.

Location, location, location! It sits right across Wien Hbf making it very convenient either to travel to/from other cities by train or to take local transportation to downtown. The bed and the pillow were just perfect, more on a harden side that I like so I had a good 4 nights sleep here.

Overcrowded breakfast, long lines and a permanent "HURRY UP AND GO" feeling. The small outside terrace isn't covered so no chance if rainy. I woke up with a very strong smell of sewage in the room, coming from the shower area that doesn't have a door...

Comfortable bed and pilows. Interesting bathroom and room design, good wifi. 1 minute away from Vienna central station. Free water dispenser with returnable bottles. Nespresso machine in the Comfort rooms.
