The pillows were bad, the wardrobe sliding doors were poorly designed, the soundproofing of the rooms was only reasonable, the rooms and the entire hotel were a bit untidy and some places had been left unmaintained. I would pay special attention to cleanliness. There were too many broken ski racks in the ski room and the ski room was not locked. In the pool department there were deficiencies in soap and functioning showers.

the bed was quite good, the room had a lot of storage space, the saunas and the pool area were good, the breakfast was good, the dinner was generally tasty. The staff was friendly and approachable, thank you!

We had "halbpension" (breakfast and dinner). We had perfect quality breakfast, but the cook made so delicious food for dinner, especially soups, and main dish. What I can recommend, the food and the cook recipies are so much more than expected. Another great thing was staff (receptionist, waitress at restaurant were fast, very warm, and extrememly helpful. thank to them, our stay was also very pleasant. Hotel has own bar, so you can easily get something fresh apresski drink. Hotel has own spa, and pool, it´s very welcoming after skiing.

Great hotel! Why? It has - Amazing food in the restaurant - way better than other meals we had this holiday - Friendly staff - Nice rooms and swimming pool - A great location if you want to ski. It is a few minute drive from the Horbergbahn. There is sufficient place to park at the hotel and the ski lift.

We noticed there were wasps and flies trapped in the honey pot. Although we didn’t want any honey, we mentioned it to the staff, to make them aware of this.

There was a beautiful terrace where we ate our meals. There was a DJ playing great music in the evening. Breakfast was lovely. Very nice and also varied. Rooms (panorama) were lovely and had outstanding mountain views. Really lovely. Definitely will come back.

Beuatiful view from the room (panorama appartment). Perfect location just next to a shuttle stop, 5 minutes from Horbergbahn lift. Nice spa.

Amazing location near to the lifts. Very friendly staff, especially Czech girls at the breakfast. We had a halfboard and the dinner was very delicious (starter, main food and desert). I would say it was the best food we ever had at the hotel. Breakfast was also very tasty. Wellness area is perfect. We had a panorama room which was modern, new and clean with amazing view from the bed. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much and we will definetely come back.

I didnt like here and dont recommend if you want to have a rest. I dont know why here are SPA if you cant have a rest/relax. 1) we arrived at night, from 2 am (night) starts loud music, we were very tired after flight, we hadnt any rest/sleep. Same night was another - loud music, cant sleep. No one cares (reception doesnt work at night, so it wont help you). We had 2 night parties. When parties over (I think party people left hotel) after 2 quiet night, starts others night parties in other rooms. I told that to reception they only offered to pay hotel fees - 22 eur when you leave. No any compensation for 3 night parties from 5 night stay. 2) weak breakfast: Only 2 dishes every morning (eggs and sousages). Weak choose. No any food For childrens like pancakes and etc.

Overall positive staff engagement but quality of service / food not on par with prices.

Allowing for pets was the only filter used when searching for accommodation - so was a major disappointment when then they said this was not possible.

First of all, there is completely no value for money, personnel is extremely impolite, you have to wait for you dinner to be served for around 1,5h, this is unacceptable. The quality of food itself from dinner is below all standards, they use leftovers from breakfast to make dinner (salmon tartare). The room was cleaned but bed were not made. Besides, there is no towels in the spa area, you have to bring towels from your room.

Breakfast was fine and one of breakfast waiters was very helpful and kind.

wi fi practically didn’t work!!! during all stay there is no towels in sauna there wasn’t shower gel in sauna and one day sauna was cold (50 gr. C) there was no shower gel and shampoo in the room breakfast was absolutely the same during all our stay

The breakfast included is execellent and the views to the Zillertal Valley speechless. Awesome to have the garden to rest with a private swimming pool. We booked a 3 person room. I had a separated room from the main room used by my parents. Great yo have our own terrace. The area is extraordinary to make excursions or wellness
