We have booked a massage. But "the masseur" had no idea. It was by far the worst massage I've ever had. I was simply oiled up afterwards, but the tension was still there.

At the weekend there is a very good buffet for dinner.

N/A Room Decor is slightly dated

Amazing Facilities with an Indoor and Heated Outdoor pool. It's set in a stunning location with spectacular views. Ski Bus arrives every 10 mins, very easy to get to the slopes. The staff were amazing, very friendly. They also arranged for a staff member (Antonio) to collect me from the airport and he did an amazing job. Food is also Top notch, Dinner is 5 courses every night.

The only thing missing was coffee/tea in the room. We would’ve loved an early morning coffee in the balcony, enjoying the view of the mountains.

The food requires a special mention. The choice was great and the taste was very good. The location was brilliant too, we were able to get to the base of the glaciers in less than 10 min.

...meal more than once, which has never happened to me anywhere in the past. The service in the restaurant (except for about two people) is unprofessional and, on the first days, you don't even know who the staff are because they are dressed in "civilian clothes", so you mistake them for other guests, which is quite embarrassing. I did not see fire extinguishers in the rooms or in the corridor near the rooms, but there was a pile of wood everywhere (also an attempt at cheap reconstruction) and the doors were also original wooden and not against demand - although there are auto fire alarms everywhere, but before the firemen arrived, min. the whole floor is on fire, like a stack of straw (I don't understand why there aren't fire extinguishers!). In addition, when leaving, they wanted me to pay for the hotel a second time (everyone can make a mistake, but I wasn't even surprised here!), which was paid in advance. I ask where is the wonderful Austrian fluid of hotel/hospitality/porfessionalism that tourists like to come here for - what I experienced in this hotel, it's like three or four stars, but "Italian" (I wouldn't even be surprised, if the owners were from Italy, etc.). I am a person who can endure a lot, in my life I have visited dozens of hotels around the world (including in Italy), for professionalism/cordiality/fluidum of well-being, etc. I go to Austria for skiing/mountains, but this stay was really good" wake-up call/shock" (in addition, my business partners were originally supposed to come too - I would have sunk into the ground if they had come). I don't understand how this hotel can have four stars in Austria!!! And finally, the fact that after a heavy night's snowfall the snow had not been cleared in front of the entrance in the afternoon, and in the morning, when it freezes, the marble floor slides like an ice surface after being wiped with water.

Disliked:Musty room, I had to ventilate a lot when I arrived. A bathroom without a radiator for drying towels, bathrobes and most importantly, there is no place to dry sweaty things after sports (the hotel presents itself as a sports hotel with four stars!!!), because even in the room there is only one micro radiator, which is also covered by an unsightly cover.The furniture in the room is old and "reputable" with cheap peeling paint. In the bathroom, which is small and for one person at most, there is a broken glass sink, which is quite dangerous, especially for children. The soap in the dispenser obviously (for this hotel) doesn't match the picture on it, but what's crazy is that it's mixed with water! Non-functioning ventilation in the toilet! Dirty fridge and carpet! The saunas (apart from the outdoor ones) are small and needed renovation a long time ago (steam, that's a museum tin exhibit). Drying of ski boots is insufficient. The ski room is open and accessible to anyone at any time. The food is very poor average (sometimes there was something good, sometimes inedible, but mostly average) - you order half-board in a four-star hotel not only to eat, but because you expect something special, both in terms of taste and due to the appearance and quality of the ingredients, which is definitely not the case here (the kitchen here corresponds to a better tourist hostel) - there is an obvious effort to save on ingredients (where are local products, organic products, etc.?) and preparation where possible (I'm not in favor of waste, but in a hotel like this I expect something more than the austere standard).

Nothing!! everything is perfect!!

All the staffs are very welcoming and helpful especially the Lady in the afternoon shift on 26th March 2022. Unfortunately, i forgot to ask her name. I will never forget how she turns our vacation like a dream!!She‘s one of a kind! The hotel deserves more than 5 Star!!! The facilities and Buffet are also perfect!! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to go on vacation in any seasons of the year!! You’ll never regret staying in this hotel!!I‘ve already been to many hotels around the world but this hotel is now my Favorite!! We will definitely gonna go back again!!

Nothing, it was all excellent !

The hotel has a great vibe and feeling, very friendly and relaxing. Really good having an indoor and outdoor pool as well as being very close to skiing. Food was very good too and all the staff really friendly / welcoming.
