It's a nice Capsule / Spacepod hostel. Overall I had a good stay here, the there were some inconveniences such as bathroom flooding and there is no real common area to hangout and meet people. It was also hard to get new towels.

The towels are on the small side but at least there were some and they did the job. A communal fridge could be good too. The fans in the capsule could be cooler but if your doors open the aircon is a nice reprieve.

Good location to prater station. The bed/room was awesome and loved the experience, it was clean and well kept and loved the showers, toilets and lockers. Very good stay. They even sent videos on how to use the capsule

1. AC wasn't fantastic 2, No kitchen - only a kettle 3. No staff 4. A little expensive - certain things are gimmicky but certainly an interesting to experience for the first time. 4. The capsule is an interesting first time experience but not something I'd want to spend multiple nights in a row due to some practicality issues due to the confined space. 5. The whole experience can be daunting for the elderly cuz there are no staff and you gotta figure out how the 'capsule' works on your own.

Air conditioning in the communal space was good, but our pod was uncomfortably hot at night, despite having the fans turned to maximum. Opening the door to our pod was quite loud. The facilities were also quite limited -- no kettle, cups, fridge, etc., and only a small hand towel provided.

Fun concept for a place to stay, surprisingly comfortable, quiet and not claustrophobic! Other customers were quiet at night. The place was very clean, no staff on site but they were helpful and responsive over text. They also allowed us to store our luggage in a locker for a few hours after checkout, which was very useful!

Even though ut was AC in the cabinet, it could be better with better air flow. Large towel could be included. We have had that at other Hostels we have stayed at.

The single cabins are a little small for anyone who might be claustrophobic, but double cabins are also a possibility. Bath towels are not provided, only hand towels, so bring your own if you want to take a shower.

Everything was pretty self-explanatory with the self-checkin/checkout, and it was a great location to explore Vienna from.

One of the showers did not drain properly and there was no way to dry your hands in the toilets.

Not a social hostel but good for travellers who want more privacy than a dorm without the hotel price tag. Note: this is a pod hostel - don’t expect a lot of space, just a small private area for you to sleep in. Location was safe and convenient for public transport, bed was comfortable, and staff were responsive to questions, though I never saw a member of staff in person during my stay. It would be good to separate the bathroom area from the sleeping room, as some other guests used the facilities early in the morning and made a lot of noise (though earplugs are provided). My TV unfortunately didn’t work properly but otherwise, everything worked fine and was nice and comfortable. Some hooks could be installed into the pods to hang up towels/clothes.

It is literally just a bed and showers - there is a kettle but no cups. There are no staff there - it is just a room. The location is a bit sketchy - I wouldn’t recommend coming here as a solo traveller

The capsules are really cool! The location isn’t far from centre or Vienna! TVs are cool with a lot to chose from.

I had difficulties in finding the place, for the building has 2 different entrances, and I went to the wrong one. Solving everything by chat was functional, but I cannot say that I felt comfortable with that - it would have been simpler if there was someone there to explain to me how everything worked. But I consider that this is why that option was more affordable than the others in the same area. As a bottomline, if traveling alone, I would definitely consider going back if I were either in a budget or in a hurry - or both, as it was this time.

I haven't seen anybody in the whole process - not even the other guests, for I was certainly among the last to arrive, late into the night, and the first to leave, early in the morning, in order to take my flight. I needed a simple and practical solution for a brief sojourn - no more than a bed and a toilet. There was still a locker available, and my luggage fortunately fitted there, even if some difficulty. So, in my case, it reached my expectations perfectly. An important remark - maybe unnecessary - is that it would be impossible to take my 3 yo child with me, for the place is very silent, and he would certainly disturb the ambiance.

i think casule has a little bit of technical issue first day it kept making annoying noise continuously, and on the second day the capsule suddenly turned off although i put the card key in it.

I did not see a single person working there in the 4 days I stayed there. So if there is any issue or you need help or anything like towels, you're messed up basically. Non-existent common areas to encourage socialization. The showers were good but 2/3 of the showers' screens were broken or in bad conditions.

Great location when it comes to connections with the city center and the airport, not so much with Wien Centrale (train). Everything was clean and in good conditions. I appreciate the room upgrade.
