Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThere is a lift but our flat was a half flight up or down from the lift, so it isn’t really step-free access for disabled travelers. Hallway off the street a little dark, no number on the building may make it a bit tricky to find.
Very close to a lot of attractions. Karlsplatz metro station only a couple of minutes walk and the D tram a few minutes more. Another tram stop right outside the property. Compact but well laid out and clean. There are several apartments, ours was near the Opera and we were happy with it. Not cheap but reasonable value to be in the centre of things we wanted to see, lots of places to eat and a helpful list of breakfast places, restaurants etc left in the apartment. Washing machine is little but works perfectly, everything you need to prepare and eat a meal for 2 is there. Coffee machine is an original type Nespresso one if you want to take pods!

AustraliaI did not like the system for paying before and having to pay with my card even thought it was a free cancellation booking. Also the air con was ridiculously loud and it was very hot at night so struggled to sleep.
Very nice apartment well looked after. Lift and washing machine. Good location only 10 minute walk to city center but close to train station which allowed travel to the palace and HBF station easily.

AustraliaIt could have been cleaner... shower/bathroom was tiny. The pull out lounge as bed was horrible and extremely uncomfortable. Sitting on it was just as bad... aircon was so noisy but you really couldn't not have it on... the pillows were also very uncomfortable and flat... definitely needs a good revamp and replacement of stuff. We tried to contact them for late check out and nobody got back to us. Not fab service

AustraliaSKY9 Apartments run several apartments in the Vienna city centre and it is unclear what your address is or apartment you are receiving until few days before arrival. The mattresses in the rooms are old and there are holes in them. The sink clogs in the bathroom. Property advertised as 2 bedrooms with a sofa bed but there is no room to walk through apartment when the sofa bed is up. Photos of the bedrooms on booking.com do not match the apartment.
Fantastic location. Hotel staff arranged for airport transfer one day before arrival. High ceiling apartment.

United StatesNo dryer. Had to send our laundry out. The staff was unable to make themselves available when we were in the apartment thus we could not speak to anybody face to face. The linens where subpar.
Location was excellent. The apartment was spacious and clean. We were there nine days and able to cook dinner when we were tired after a long day. Neighborhood was full of stores and restaurants but quiet at night. All Museums and tourist attractions were nearby.

Lovely layout, all we needed. Good communication. We had a miscommunication with taxi as email was in spam so we lost some money but that is how things go when travelling. Helpful when my husband left something behind.
