We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt would be nice to provide more kitchen essentials like coffee pods and napkins. Even with the fan it was pretty warm overnight, but the noise from the train made it hard to leave the windows open.
Location was great. Hosts were very nice and promptly answered my questions during the stay. The apartment was spacious. The washing machine worked well. The view of the lake was a little obstructed but still lovely.

Czech RepublicThe railway is running really in front of the property so you need to keep the windows closed at night, but the benefit station is few 100mtrs walk.
We visited the apartment in the winter, the apartment is within walking distance of the lifts and bus station. It was well equipped for cooking our meals, SPAR and BILLA within walking distance for groceries. Extra the glacier in Kaprun is a 20 minutes drive from Zell am See.

Kuwait1/ Bathroom smelled awful as it has no window and inside bathroom ventilation was not working during our 3 days stay . We we were promised they it will be fixed on Monday but it was not . 2/ The pre arrival check in requested details by the management of this place is too much and time consuming specially that most of those already been provided within booking.com when we reserved 3/ There are hidden charges such as deposit of 500 Euros and local tax that you can easily miss reading were not clearly displayed by the management within booking.com unlike other hotels / apartments reservations else where in this website ! 4/ For god sake why are you charging your guests extra for using the car park that is already alllocated for the apartments!! . Believe it or not we were charged for this during our stay ! . If anything that indicates that it is all about finding ways to consume your guests money unnecessarily! 5/ No sumner card available and provided when you book this apartment which grants your a lot of discount when you use different leisure trips , museums and tourist attractions. Other hotels and apartments rental in the areas provide you those but not with Sky n Lake . It would be great if management/ owners of this place really invest and take this into high considerations as alot of foreign families with save hundreds of Euros and will appreciate that and will come back again to your property and also would recommend it
