You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LatviaBeing 2 snowboarders and 2 skiers, we could barely fit our gear in the basement locker. But there was no place to dry our helmets or gloves. Also the driers in the apartment didn't work, so it wasn't that comfortable to dry stuff. Also, it would be nice if there was a washing machine in the apartment or washing facilities in the building. For someone wanting to stay in the apartment for a longer time period, this could be a problem.
The apartment is located less than 5min walk away from the Penken ski lift and the main street of Mayrhofen. Literally everything is walking distance, so it's very comfortable. No need for a car, ski bus or anything.

Great location to the town and main ski lift (Penken) where you can grab a bus connection to the train station to access other ski resorts/areas. 5 minute walk in ski boots to the main lift. Green line pick up is close aswell, 5 minute walk to the bus stop (takes you to the Glacier/Hintertux). Apartment is modern and clean. Nice lounge/kitchen area to relax after a long day's skiing. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with all the cutlery and utensils needed. 100% recommend.

United KingdomTravelling with my 11 year old son on a ski trip, it would have been nice (expected actually) to be able to tune into Netflix, Prime, Apple, whatever. However none of the three large screens had Smart TV. So we were huddled around an iPad for tired evening entertainment for the best part of a week. Whilst the apartment went as far as providing Miele appliances, there were minor irritations - example no scissors, no oil for cooking, only two dishwasher tablets. OK, we can buy these essential items, but when it’s a short trip and you are flying, you’ll throw most of it away. I’m reading this back and it sounds petty. Which it is. But, that’s what we thought, so that’s what I’m typing! The apartment itself, though. Is really very nice.
The apartment is beautifully finished, as is the building as a whole. Modern, clean and super convenient.
