The personnel of the reception has almost no role, you must check in yourself, you must bring your luggage yourself in the locker room.

The hotel is new and spotlessly clean, the rooms are of a good size and well insulated. The restaurant and bar at the ground floor is cozy and the food is good. The restaurant’s personnel is friendly and attentive. The location is ideal for my work, I will definitely book again.

There was nothing to be negative about this hotel. However, I would like to say lightheartedly ‘Come on guys, put some complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms!!’ Shower mats also would be beneficial to your older guests.

The hotel was super modern and extremely clean, everything looked brand new to be honest. The hotel has a spy theme to it which appeals to the younger crowd and we found it fun also. The music around the hotel and in the lifts was either James Bond, Mission Impossible or some other spy themed movie. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent with a good choice of dishes. Overall it was an amazing choice of hotel for our stay in Vienna. The location is around 200 metres to the nearest U Bahn and once on the tube you are in Vienna city centre within 5 minutes.

AC did not work, and was hot staff although were very kind to offer another room and gave me ventilator but rathered staying in the same room until tomorrow as they promised they will fix the AC The next day AC was not fixed, and they offered another room with working AC...gave me a free drink for the inconvenience. overall was good

The staff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and with lots of options. The entire location is very nice and comfortable, very close to public transportation (metro). The design of the hotel (colours and materials) is great! Stylish and modern.

Overpriced parking. 27e/day and I got extra 4eur charge because I left 40 minutes later. Breakfast was good for that price, but there were small insects all around, sitting on a food

This review is from my mom and stepdad as they stayed in this room. The hotel was super convenient to public transport, the breakfast was amazing, we appreciated we had a hot pot to boil water in the room, and the room was thoughtfully designed for storage. It was so cool they had a curtain to block the light of the bathroom, and that the shower, the sink, and the toilet were all separated for privacy, made it infinitely nicer to share the room with your partner.

Very friendly staff (!!) who were helpful with check-in. I arrived before the designated time, and they were able to accommodate me with a room, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. I liked the facilities, such as the easy-to-use locker room for luggage storage. Having a restaurant on-site was very convenient, and the smart layout of the room was also nice. The hotel is also close to the metro. I would definitely stay again! :)

Extra cost for the parking. Breakfast is solid but a bit pricy for the offering (better bagels you can buy in the bakery), The EV charge points often had the non-EV vehicles parked.

The location has a good connection via different means of public transportation to the city centre. Cool is the 007 theme in the whole hotel. The hotel is modern and not worn out, well maintained and clean. The EV charge points (4 units) in the garage are great, and easy to use no specific app is needed (plug&play)

Amazing hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and spacious. Food and cocktails were delicious. Good location with a 5 minute walk to the metro. We stayed for a week and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

We loved this hotel, the location, the friendly staff, the price (bang for our buck) and the breakfast--everything--so very much! It was a short walk from the metro and there were great restaurants, a pharmacy, post office, etc. (everything we needed) nearby. I enjoyed working from the restaurant and the outdoor patio at night and watching the Olympics on the big TV screen at the bar. My husband was able to work from the desk in the room, plus the hotel lent him a proper chair to use since the room just had a stool. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, plus a great shower. The lemongrass scented soap/shampoo was delightful as well. This was the best place we stayed by far (out of six) on our Europe trip. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very modern, cool and the staff are the kindest people I have ever met in a hotel and I've been to many! I had a bit of an emotional moment due to the passing of my uncle and they took such care of me. Sweetest people ever!
