The parking, whilst next door, was pretty tight and didn’t have many unreserved spaces.

The location was excellent, the rooms were comfortable ( as were the beds), and we enjoyed a drink at the bar. The hotel has an elevator and a lovely rooftop terrace.

Ideally there would be long life milk sachets in the room for tea drinkers. The room was rather too warm but the radiators could not be altered although windows could be opened

Very comfortable and quiet room of good size, with a spa bath. Reception was helpful with our English queries.. A very good breakfast in the hotel with many choices. The hotel was walking distance to the station and was also in an interesting area to walk around

There was a constant problem with hot water in the shower meaning 1 person had cold water. Sometimes it came back too late.

Location and size of rooms was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful.

I loved that everything was sooo clean and the staff was amazing with snacks at the lobby. And only 10 mins away from the city center and the train station… 🩵 If i ever come back again to Innsbruck I will definitely book the same hotel 🫶🏻

Housekeeping did not knock the door and proceed to open despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Room was quiet despite being central and it was comfortable size for two travelers.

If they could provide breakfast, it’ll be more convenient. The glass door over the bathtub in our room wasn’t properly sealed. Every time after we took a shower, we had to deal with the puddles left on the floor. It’s very annoying.

Great location, less than 10 mins’ walk to the old town and mnay attractions. The hotel is a heritage building filled with antiques and vintage decorations. Staff wore traditional Austrian costumes which made you feel like you’ve travelled back to the 18-19th centuries. They were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly , it was also very cheap and it was close to the centre for our first time in Austria , this stay has definitely made us want to visit again

The corridor is narrow and there are steps in some areas, which is not suitable for handicap wheelchair to reach the rooms. I suggest to add ramps instead of steps that help wheelchair and also Thier staff to move Thier luggage and moving cleaning tools that equipped with wheels. The elevator is quite narrow, almost fit wheelchair with a one or two persons. I suggest the hotel to coordinate with underground parking management, which is located next to the hotel to offer Thier customers with some discount on Thier rates.

The room and bathroom facilities . The best AC I ever experienced in Austria with sufficient cooling during my trip in several places for last 4days.

Paper cups provided in the room and no air con although a fan was provided upon request.

Friendly reception staff. Good location between the railway station and the old town. Free room upgrade provided upon request. Breakfast ok although hot food could be better. Room and ensuite with character. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Parking was complicated. I called the hotel and was told to park in the Kaiserjägergarage. But at check out it turned out that it was not hotel's parking! Bathroom was cleaned, but not with attention to details. And there were hair in the shower.

Location is really good. Breakfast was good and staff were very friednly. The room was also very quiet, although it was facing the street. there was a waterboiler with and complimentary tee/coffee.

The room was super quiet so we slept so well. Comfortable bed and nice bedding. Lovely breakfast. Nice staff. We would totally stay here again. Awesome location just out of the old city.

We came early before we could check in and dropped off our bags. When we came back to check in and receive our bags, they were soaked, and we brought it to the attention of the front desk staff. They were kind enough to have our clothes cleaned and brought up to the room later in the night.
