the room was bigger than I expected and I loved it!!! It was super clean as well and the bathroom was spacious. The balcony was quite nice too. View was great with the mountains in the background. I was pleasantly surprised by the water kettle and was even happier to find it super clean looking. I'm absolutely returning when I get the chance

Beautiful location! An easy bus ride into the city and the staff were so lovely! The special touch of cakes and lemon water were much appreciated upon arrival. Would stay here again!

Easy self-check-in and an amazing view. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were kind and welcoming. Despite some unexpected delays, I was allowed to enjoy breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options. Additionally, they provided a separate room where I could enjoy breakfast with my dog. If I find myself in Innsbruck again, I would definitely choose to stay here

Free parking on-site, smooth check-in with a warm welcome, spacious & well-furnished room (only missing a refrigerator), amazing view from balcony, and great breakfast with vegetarian options too. Overall a fantastic stay!

Used the spa toilet and it wasn't clean. Also, 2nd day, in the room, they took out garbage + slightly arranged beds. 3rd day - nothing at all. 4th day - we left. The hotel is boutique and very small. The cleaning staff were my nationality and we are known for very good cleanness within any establishment. It was disappointing for me, especially after being nice and saluting the staff with kindness, to see they didn't do the bare minimum for the room. No staff after 7pm. No restaurant to eat (closest at 2km from the hotel). No bar. No service Amenities: shower gel + shampoo 2 in 1 in dispensers - not individual mini bottles. And no lotion and other regular stuff

The location is good if you are by car so you can travel around as well. If not, there is a ski slope next to the hotel and a very quiet area and it is still enjoyable for relaxation purposes. For fun, to reach Innsbruck or Solden, you need to be by car or you have a bus option. The hotel is very beautiful. Large rooms. Breakfast is lovely. The reception staff is adorable. We arrived late in the evening and we had a self check in (reception closing by 7pm). The easiest I have ever had. No effort at all. Very intuitive. Won't give details for security reasons.
