We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandWhile basically all the staff were trying their best to make us feel welcome, the one very stark exception - breakfast fried eggs guy very much did not fit in with his harsh, unpleasant, arrogant and aggressive demeanor, throughout our entire stay.. His communication style did not seem to be enjoyed also by his fellow staff members. Such one person can leave a long lasting negative impression about the entire stay. Half board food, while quite cheap is very far from gourmet, breakfast is pretty basic and the same every days, gets boring really fast. Really difficult to understand what the (very keen and maybe trying too hard) waiters are trying to say. Very narrow passages in the garage, seems from the scratches on walls like a lot of cars got damaged. I think its too expensive for the standard. Some minor suggestions: room doors can not be shut close from outside without slamming the door, which definitely disturbs everybody. Hot and cold water knobs in our bathroom (junior suite) were round and slick - almost impossible to manipulate, especially with wet hands, really absurd design. Instead of 2 tablet- sized TV sets in a room, one with proper size would be more enjoyable. Doors in the spa also close with loud slam, disturbing when you try to relax after sauna in a very nice separated bed area.
Nice clean room, very polite and helpful reception, pleasant spa,. Close to slopes and lift. Comfortable and large ski and boots storage. Nice bathroom. Quick check in and out.

United KingdomThere is nothing really negative I can say, perhaps my only comment would be that the bathroom looked a little more tired than the rest of the room and hotel in general but I am being very picky here since it was fully functional and spotlessly clean.
I first visited the Rigele Royal by chance 19 years ago and took my family (aged between 10 and 42) back there this year because of my fond memories of the hotel experience and resort. To my pleasant surprise, not only was it every bit as wonderful as I remembered, The Rigele Royal has actually managed to improve in all areas. We took the half board option and can honestly say the the food selection, quality and volume were faultless. The breakfast is as good as you will find anywhere and all staff were friendly and helpful. I tried my best to speak German but they saw straight through this and were all fluent in English (amongst several other languages). The hotel is spotlessly clean and the facilities are excellent. The indoor/outdoor pool and spa area were perfect after a day on the slopes. If there is snow on the roads, you can ski in/out but if not it is only a 30-40m walk from the boot room. The hotel sits in the heart of the main town centre with bars, clubs, shops and restaurants all within a few minutes stroll. I cannot recommend Obertauern and The Rigele Royal highly enough

Romaniaduring the 6 days of the journey, at breakfast, we didn't have a table in the restaurant , we've eat in the hote lobby!!! price is too high but the hotel was full...the phone in the room didn't work (can't not call the reception), in the shower area is no door so every time we take a shower is a lot of water in the whole bathroom
