The breakfast needed something a little extra like pastries. Also, there were no herbal tea bags available, I had to use my own.

The bed was so comfortable, the best night's sleep we've had on our 2 week holiday. Everything was clean and the staff helpful. It was in a good location, not far from the main centre.

I didn’t see any air conditioning. As it was a bit warmer during my stay I opened all the windows during the night to get cool. There are no laundry facilities at this property.

The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood 10-15 minutes walk from the main train station and a large shopping centre. I liked the compactness of the space. The sleeping area was on the next level above the bathroom. The receptionists were very helpful.

The area itself is quite nice. There is a park nearby and it's only a short walk to the main square. The free bikes was a great touch as these were fun to use around the city.

I was not sent the entry info so had to turn my phone on to roaming to call the reception person, who was very nice of course but it would have been better if they had sent me the code beforehand! Needs a plug in the kitchen sink, a decent sharp knife, and a corkscrew.

The ground floor rooms get a lot of traffic noise. We didn't notice once we slept off, but may affect folks who aren't used to it.

Convenient location, about 15-20 min walk from city center. Quiet area. Comfy room. Kitchenette and fridge in the room too if you need. Clean bathroom, extra pillows in the cupboard.

I would have liked to have had a laundry service. The nearest laundromat is a 15 minute walk away and we used that.

We stayed here for 5 nights for the purpose of climbing in Innsbruck. First of all, the staff was excellent and replied quickly and courteously to our questions before we arrived. All of the room facilities were new, and the kitchen was well equipped with the minimum necessary utensils, which came in handy for both breakfast and dinner. There is a large supermarket nearby for shopping. It was nice to have a Nespresso coffee maker attached so we could always fill up capsules in the lounge downstairs. The room was cleaned daily and it made us comfortable. The location is a 20 minute walk from the center, and you can also use the streetcar. We did most of our sightseeing on foot. There is a streetcar nearby that runs through the central station. They even provide a welcome card. It’s an essential and awesome!! We appreciated the hospitality of the staff who were always ready to assist us. We had a wonderful Innsbruck memory. Thank you soooo much!

Lack of response from property about check-in code on the day meant that we were locked out. The only way we were let into the building was due to someone else staying there coming out of the building.

It can get hot in the summer due to the lack of air conditioning.

There were plenty of sockets, excellent cleaning, and friendly receptionists. The room, although small and designed for one person, was very cozy and smartly arranged. It's close to the train station and there's a shopping center nearby (pay attention to the opening hours). Additionally, the hotel offered a "tourist card" that included free city transport and other perks (I didn't explore all the benefits as I already had a plan for my three-day stay). a piece of mountains from the window *)
