We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandThe rooms were exceptionally clean, especially the bathroom, which looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. I also loved the beautiful view from my window. Additionally, the hotel has a private parking lot, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

United KingdomBooking.com indicate that half board is available for an extra cost when breakfast included option is selected but unfortunately the staff appeared to be unaware of this. Food was excellent but misleading info for travellers.
Breakfast variety was really the best I’ve seen on my trip through Europe though probably wasted on me as I was still full from the excellent dinner the previous night. Stefan the restaurant manager was an enthusiastic asset to the hotel, nothing was an issue & he is a credit to any establishment.

Breakfast had a good choice, both hot and cold foods were available. Unlimited coffee from the machines and it was decent coffee. Stefan the waiter was really helpful and very friendly. Food in the evening was really good. The location of the hotel, approximatly 6 miles from the Glockglostner, with safe parking for motorcyles was excellent. Rooms were very nice

Very nice and cosy hotel to stay before passing Grossglockner Aplian road. They also have a restaurant which was very convenient for us coming late and during the big rain. Our room was big, very clean, nice bathroom and we also have a balcony. Breakfast had good variaty. Staff was helpfull and polite. Free parking place. I would strongly recommend it.
