There was no heating which felt uncomfortable during late October in Vienna. Although we requested and staff said OK, they didn’t turned the heating on. It would be also nice if property name was written on outdoor, we struggled to find the place in our arrival

The location is very convenient. The subway, bus stations and most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. We arrived early around noon, they let us checked in early without extra charge which is truly appreciated. The place is clean, the bed is comfortable. Alex was super helpful. He explained in details how to go around in the area. He even walked us to the bus station nearby so that we wont' get lost. Thanks again Alex!!

Not all rooms are as in pictures, don´t be surprised if you get a room that looks worse than in any hostel.... also reading other reviews helped us to find the actual place as there is no sign around (photo attached what you need to be looking for)

Location is fantastic, easy to walk to all main sightseeings, if you don´t want to walk, also very easy to reach underground or bus station. Alex was helpful, if not around, he replies back promptly.

Our room was so good,clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had all the amenities we needed, including fast Wi-Fi,and complimentary toiletries.Pension votiv is centrally located, just a short walk from many of the city’s top attractions. It was easy to explore the area, and public transportation was conveniently nearby.

I expected more for these money. They have to work little more with organisation things. From where to get keys, where to put them while leaving…Self check box may be is a good idea.

The only complication is the fact the people who was working there only speak German and I don't haha. But we sort out quickly. Language isn't a problem over all

I got a simple stay for half of day and it was more than I expected. The bed is SUPER comfortable, and everything is very clean. Good value for money, close to transport, and you can go to the city on foot. I would definitely coming back in December

I had a wonderful stay at Pension Votiv. Alex was incredibly friendly and communicative, providing a thorough explanation of the surrounding area, which was really helpful. This place offers great value for money. The location is strategic, being close to bus and tram stops. Even if you prefer to take a leisurely walk, the city center is accessible on foot. The accommodation itself was clean and comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

An addition of a microwave would make our stay better. And a timely repair as we were not able to close the sliding door of the shower.

The room is very spacious and the property owner is very accommodating. I requested for a fan and he made sure we will be provided with it.
