Not ideal if you have mobility issues as the stairs are quite narrow. Walls are not very thick so you can here if guests on the same floor are making noise but there were only 3 rooms on my floor and we were separated from the main corridor by a small reception room so it was not so bad.

The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the central station and easy to find. There is no breakfast service but there are a lot of options where to have breakfast within easy reach. There is also a honesty bar in case you need some water or snacks during the night.

Could definitely be cleaner (especially the bathrooms). Kind of expensive for the room state, but this might be the location...

We arrived 15 minutes before the checkin closed, and the host was still there waiting for us with a smile, they guided us for towards a paid parking lot (the 4 free spots in front were already taken). Great location, close to center. Decent conditions.

Was a bit tricky to find the entrance initially. No air-conditioning during August heat, which required we leave the window opened, and even though it seems tucked away, there was quite a bit of street vehicle- and people- noise. Bed was too firm for my taste.

Very convenient, 5 min walk to Hauptbahnhof one direction, and to the old city area the other way. Clean, practical. We had a room with a shared toilet and shower room (shared with, it appeared, 4 other rooms), which was not a problem whatsoever. They were very clean, weren’t busy, and we had a sink in our room. Staff were helpful and efficient. And for that, in Innsbruck in the height of tourist season, a good price. For a short stay in Innsbruck, I would stay again.

Door to balcony was the only ventilation, and as the room was on the ground floor, I didn't want to leave it open at night. The temperature was fine, but could have been an issue in very hot weather.

Very convenient location, right in the outskirts of the city center and only a few minutes walk from the train station. The room was very basic but nonetheless very confortable and clean. We were able to leave our luggages in a storage room during the day before we had to take our train in the evening, which was lovely from the staff to allow us to do so!

A tiny thing but some hooks/shelf in the shower to put soap/shampoo etc.

Great location for the railway station and to walk to the old town. Lovely touch having honesty box for snacks, plus little coffee machine. Kettles also available communally. Room clean and bright.
