However, there were some areas where the hotel fell short of expectations. The Wi-Fi connection in our room was unreliable, which was inconvenient for planning our daily activities. The property shows signs of age and could benefit from renovation, including a fresh coat of paint. We encountered some cleanliness issues, notably the presence of ants in the room. The limited reception hours (mornings only) sometimes made it challenging to get assistance. While we understand that breakfast wasn't included, the high cost to add it to our stay seemed excessive. Lastly, the comfort of the bed and the outdated state of the bathroom detracted from our overall experience.

Our stay at Hotel in Vienna had several positive aspects. The hotel's central location is truly excellent, allowing easy access to many of the city's attractions. The historic building itself is a beautiful sight, adding a touch of old-world charm to the experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room, which provided ample comfort. The reception staff deserves a special mention for their friendliness and helpfulness during our interactions.

As usual, the bed covers were suitable for an unheated room in the middle of winter, not the middle of the summer! No recycling spot or instructions (what can be recycled) although there are recycling bins on the streets (not close by).

In a quiet corner of the inner stadt. Clear entry instructions. Room had a good fan - it was very hot! The (honor pay) beverages in the breakfast room were nice, but not very cold. Room was okay size, with table and two chairs.

When we flushed the toilet, some water bubbled up into the shower tray, which was a bit odd. Reception is only attended in person in the morning.

Pleasant room in a typical old Viennese building with an amazing entrance hall. The pension itself is up on the fourth floor, and you need a code number to get in (look out for the message about this, which I missed initially!) Well located for public transport and walkable to the heart of Vienna. The bed was comfortable, an aircon unit was provided, and everything was clean and well maintained. An honesty bar is provided in the communal area as well as free tea and coffee in the room.

No air conditioner, just a fan. The rooms are located on the top floor so you can imagine how hot it is in the summer. Very bad internet.Didnt worked at all. Not even a bar. Reception closes at 11.30. We checked in later and received no information about the internet. We found out eventually that it is an open network without password but still didn't work at all. But it's very close to the city center.

It was close to the city center. Just a 10 minute walk..We found an underground garage right in front of the building..

Breakfast had to be pre-booked, but there is no receptionist on arrival to pre-book, so we missed breakfast. Adjoining garage car park’Georg-Platz’ are criminals, charging €79 euro for two nights. With no attendant to query. Do not use this car park.

Our room cleaning wasnt done inspite of requests. There were ants on the floor and we specifically asked for room cleaning next day which is usual practice in every hotep but it wasnt done. Also staff is only available at hotel from 8am to 11am. So everything has to be managed by self but that wasnt too much of problem as the host is prompt on messaging.

My room had a amazing view. Room was quite large, very clean and comfortable bed. Lovely hot shower with body wash etc. Good security and didn't hear any other guests.

The toilet was one of those electric ones, not really nice. Plus, very small space on it.

The bed is very comfortable, and the room was nice, with a little balcony with view to the Postsparkasse. It is very well located in the centre. 4th floor of a very nice building, with lift.

The door to my unit was in danger of being blocked by the door to the unit next to mine. It was a bit awkward to get into and out of my room with out disturbing the other occupants.

It was very quiet and well-located for my needs. I appreciated that the windows were operable - I like to sleep with fresh air.

Excellent location tucked away in a fairly quiet Vienna block, not far from the action. Also, the interior of the building, in which the pension is located, is also impressive.
