We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything about The Hotel Kristal.is fantastic. It is set above Lech in a quiet area, but only 5 minutes walk into the centre of town. The reception is cosy and inviting with lit candles and relaxing lavendar..Easy access to the ski-locker, with heated boot racks and plenty of space for skis and poles. The hotel is spotlessly clean with copious amounts of hot water for showers and baths. There was a huge selection at breakfast of local produce. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains. Richard could not have been more friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in advising on our snow walking routes.and aprés activities; he also arranged the free underground parking a few minutes from the hotel.

Very kind and helpful host and personnel, delicious breakfast, the mountain views from the balcony are breathtaking. Cosy room and soft bedding.Separate storage room for your ski gear. Location is great, a quick walk to the ski lift and good restaurants near. Cant wait for our next visit! Thank you for an exceptional holiday :)

IrelandWe arrived very wet and cold off our motorbikes, not only was our greeting warm and welcoming but the owner took us to a drying room so we could dry our gear. The rooms were beautiful with very comfortable beds. Everything about our stay was perfect, great hosts, beautiful breakfast ,extremely helpful . I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again

We’ve just returned from a four night stay with our sons. Our rooms were perfect, lovely and clean. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. Our rooms were cleaned each day. The breakfast was amazing every morning; so much choice! The location was central, just a few minutes from the centre. Richard and his team were extremely welcoming, efficient and helpful, recommending taxi companies from Innsbruck and ski hire.

Great and helpful staff (most of whom spoke English very well :). The junior suite on top floor was great, very spacious. The modernized bathroom was nice as well. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was top notch and my 4 day stay was excellent all in all. Amazing hiking places in Lech so definitely for this town stay at Kristall!

United StatesHotel staff went above and beyond, loaning my daughter a jacket when our luggage was delayed by two days and we arrived from Greece wearing beach clothes. They were also able to support our gluten-free dietary restrictions at breakfast. Richard was able to provide many helpful transportation tips and hiking information.

This has been our favorite guest house to stay at in Lech. Location - Very close to the ski lifts, and elevated off the main drag. A ~2 minute walk to the Gondola to Oberlech and ~5 minutes to the other lifts. Good views from it looks like most every room. Breakfast - Great, and in a charming breakfast room. Good selection and great quality is a great way to start off a ski day. Rooms & Hotel - The room was really charming with a nice balcony, comfy beds, lots of closet space, and an unexpectedly large bathroom. There was also a great sauna that was very nice after skiing.
