You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

An absolutely amazing guest house where you can experience Tyrolean hospitality at its finest. The owners are incredibly kind ladies who make you feel right at home. From the warm welcome with a local drink, Larch Crest Spirit, to the thoughtful farewell gift of salt infused with local herbs, everything was simply outstanding. The village of Fendels, in addition to its perfect location, has a genuine, authentic charm. The breakfast is delicious and hearty, providing the perfect start for a day full of hikes or walks. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and ideal for relaxation. This place is definitely worth a visit.

Czech RepublicNothing. There is currently a road closure and we needed to take a side road. If you drive slowly and can read, you should have no problems getting there. We drove there with VW Passat, the owners sent us a map and it is well marked.
Indeed, we had a blast! It is run by very kind owners who can give you tips for trips around (our German is very basic and managed to communicate half German/half English). They offer a wide range of breakfast meals, good coffee and a little schnapps at arrival. There is free parking close to the house. The rooms are modern, with view on the valley and a comfy bed. We also got a little present before we went home. Overall, one of the best stays we had via booking.com and if we ever travel to this area again, we know where to stay.

FinlandThe only discomfort was the road to Fendels which was closed during our stay. We had to take a small and long detour which was a bit hard to drive with our rental car. But we managed it!
The town was very beautiful and the staff was kind and helpful. It was easy to communicate. Nice views, nice flowers. And free cold beers which were brought to our room when we arrived were very nice extra!

GermanyLocation is high in the mountains, so your car has to climb. It is also on the other side of the valley from Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, so you first have to go all the way down and then again up. There is a small ski area next to the hotel though, that should be good for families with kids.
Wow, wow, WOW, we were totally blown off, the hotel is 2 leagues above what we expected from the description / pictures. The rooms are spacious, newly renovated and completely spotless. The beds are super wide with separate mattresses. The host lady is the friendliest person in the whole world. Breakfast is generous with fresh rolls, selection of meats and cheeses, eggs cooked for you and brewed coffee.

ItalyThe guesthouse owner was extremely kind and welcoming with us and our two dogs. We spent a beautiful new year's eve and first day of the new year. The dogs could stay with us and also really enjoyed the stay. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Also good for vegetarians like us. Location was strategic for great snowshoes hiking!

ItalyUnfortunately the location is difficult to reach as of today since the main road is blocked. There is a long detour to a narrow dirt road from Prutz to Fendels. You can drive up from Prutz to Fendels every hour between xx.30 and xx.35, you can drive down from Fendels to Prutz every hour between xx.00 and xx.05. This is the only road to access the location and is not reported in maps. DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS DIRECTIONS, since they indicate another narrow road that becomes at a certain point a dirt road completely in the woods with ups and downs and also a small stream to cross. This is a very dangerous road to avoid, with blocked access in the evening only in Fendels. On the arrival day, Owner sent us a message with a screenshot of the detour above mentioned in German without explanations, but they did not reply about our request of clarifications on Google map proposed route that we unfortunately trusted. It was a nightmare that affected our one day stay. I suggest to contact the owners in advance if you do not get the message with the detour. They speak only in German even if they indicate also English here in Booking.
Staff is very kind even if they do not speak English. We got water and beer, and a welcome drink. We had a varied breakfast and landscape is very nice.
