It was cold in the room and really uncomfortable pillows. Also it would have been great to have some cups and cutlery in the cabinet to be able to use for example the coffee maker etc to make a light breakfast since there was no breakfast at the hotel. Also it would have been good with some hangers for towels, jackets etc.

We liked that the room was fresh, clean and in good shape. Easy to check in and also easy to reach city center.

It was not clear from the description, but there is no bathroom in the room. There are shared bathrooms in the corridor. They were clean, though.

All was smooth with the self-check in. The communication through booking was good, too.

the location was near the main metro station and there were safe boxes in the station if you wanna keep your luggages in case of early coming, because no possibility to put luggages in the hotel before check-in

For me the pillow was uncomfortable, and the third bed in the room made the place a bit crowded, however we were just two of us so we didn't use the third bed.

Basic stay for valuable price in a great location. The room was tidy and clean and the coffee machine served good coffee in the hall. The hotel can be easily reached by public transport both daytime and at nights.

I never found someone at the reception and the communication with the owners was not easy. But they answered to my demands by the end. No one came to clean the room.

The prices are very low in comparison to the hotels in the neighborhood

The lack of Air conditioning when there are 34 degrees outside was literally killing me. Couldnt sleep at night.

For some reason the electricity was weird, and we did not figure out how to turn on the fan until the last day which made it very hard to sleep in the summer heat.

The location was perfect for our stay, we had enough towels provided and the room was clean. The wifi was reliable in our room.

There is no breakfast option, no fridge, no kitchen anywhere. Generally the place was clean but bathroom could be better - found hair from previous guests around the shower.

It is 5 minutes walk to Prater, metro and the train station. 30 minutes walk to St. Stephen's. It is close to eating facilities and markets. Check in was easy even though at first i was scared not to have someone around.

This hotel is not as bad as some people make out. Yes, there are some maintenance issues, like mould in the bathroom and water flooding the bathroom floor while taking a shower. The room was clean but slightly overpriced, bearing in mind it offers the minimum basic, lacks shower gel, only one towel per person, no hard towel or bath mat, and no tea and coffee facilities. Pillows too soft and unusual These things should be provided. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable

The common area is very down and need serious upgrades. The room is lack of basic amenities such as a kettle and spoon.

I stood just for one night and I don't have something that I don't like, maybe just the fact that the room had not air condition and it was a little bit warm in the room, we could not let the open Windows as there was some noise on the street.

Very good location, near to metro and train station. It was easier to acces the room, I received many messages form the staff before my arrival.

There is no reception for checkin I had to ask the house keeper to help me get the key for the room.

The apartment is very close to the Vienna city centre and the area is nice and safe.

It was very hot in the room even if windows were open it took a while to chill .
