Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesSuggest to have hallway lights on continuously. A shelf in the bathroom, for the room for 4, would be convenient. The controls for the room does not seem to work too well. Also the towel rack. Had to keep trying.

United KingdomOur stay was very wet, rained constantly which is not the hotels fault but the dripping sound of water, created by a building design fault probably, was a little annoying when trying to sleep. The AC was a little odd, you couldn't set an absolute temperature, just + or - of what it happened to be. There were no opening windows if you wanted fresh air. It felt quite soulless, modern, bare concrete, we barely saw anybody else - a handful of guests but never any staff

RomaniaThe fridge was exceptionally small, almost unusable.
The place is very new (a few months old), clean and well located. Public transport is right in front of the building and it has good connection to every part of the city. Less than 5 minutes away you have a very large EuroSpar supermarket, exptionally well stocked and a Lidl and a Billa. The rooms have microwave, basic tableware and a very narrow fridge (10cm) fit only for drinks and probably a sandwitch or two. The bed is very confortable, pillows are great and the air conditioning ensures ideal temperature, of needed. The hotels is very quiet even if they have many guests because they have good soundproofing. The windoqs are floor to ceiling and this gives a nice touch. Heavy curtains allows you to completly block sunligh if you want to sleep longer. It has a smart system that allows you to easily get in touch with their personnel to cover your needs. It has free to use lockers room between 08-20 everyday which you can access in the lobby with your room code. The room.code allows entry in the building as well. It also has a washroom with plenty of washing machines. Great stay, highly recommended.

Absolutely FANTASTIC! Quick check in, nice location, well equipped, the room was perfect, the locker system is so convenient. Before we collected our luggages and left for the train station, we were able to have a coffee in the lounge :) I just can’t say a bad thing about the hotel.
