You can only get breakfast if you order for all the days you are there, so we didn't. In a great city like Salzburg, there's too much good breakfast and outdoor cafes to eat breakfast in your room.

Hotel is in a good location, accessed city center by bus. Coffee or tea in the room. Comfortable, clean, modern. Luggage storage lockers were useful.

Everything was extraordinary. We managed to check in the accommodation very easily. The room was very clean and with everything we needed (ex: coffee maker). The location is very good, quite close to the pedestrian area.

Since the windows do not open it would be nice to be able to control better the room temperature as it was too warm at night

The only complaint we had was the limited counter space on the sink area for the bathroom. We ended up using the counter for the little kitchenetty area and also the clothing rack when you walk into the room. Neither was ideal. Bothered my husband more than it did me.

Great communication. Received access code to hotel & room via email and WhatsApp - which was fantastic, because we arrived fairly late in evening. Received regular updates/questions to confirm everything was ok. When we asked a question, they responded promptly. Hotel appears to be an office building that was converted to hotel. Washing machine in basement - use program called WeWash app to reserve, use and pay. No need for detergent, it is auto dispensed into washer. Room was very nice, beds and pillows very comfortable. You can see from photos the water, coffee machine, nespresso pods provided. Tolietries provided. Hair dryer provided. Heated towel rack in bathroom - which was great for hanging some things to dry. Lots of plugs. TV allowed you to connect your phone & stream tv to it. Was nice to have for when we were waiting on the laundry 1st night. Location was good for us. Location was a slight walk from train through neighborhoody kind of area. Totally doable with luggage on wheels. Restaurant almost across the street was good. We walked into town in the morning for our Sound of Music tour. Walked into town second morning for walk round old town. You can map to see how you feel about any of these walks, we are pretty fit and the walks were all super easy for us. There were earplugs provided, which made me nervous that it was going to be noisy. We did open windows for fresh air and wasn't noisy - we were on back side of hotel. I didn't need the earplugs, but I will tell you we took them with us, they are the most comfortable disposable ear plugs I have ever used. We were able to store our things in a locker day of departure. Code to room stopped working at checkout, but code to access hotel and get to lockers still worked all day. We were able to fit 2 carryons, 2 backpacks and a few other items inside the locker easily. We were able to go to old town in morning and then stop at hotel to pick up things on way to train station. 2 thumbs up!

The only down side is that the downstairs bathroom hasn't been fitted yet, when we checked out and needed the bathroom we had to find one elsewhere.

Everything was awesome. The room was clean, beautiful layout, huge windows, good quality free coffee etc., great facilities, good bed, modern TV that allowed device casting, super easy check in and low cost laundrette facilities. Really great place, would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. You can even drop luggage off before and after your check in/out.

A few minor things I did not like about this hotel. My room was advertised as having a TV with streaming services; however, you must connect your phone to the TV via WiFi and stream from your own Netflix or Prime account. There were NO USB charging points in my room at all. Luckily, I had brought a plug adapter with built-in USB sockets, so was able to charge my phone using one of the 13 electrical outlets (I counted - why so many?) As the ground floor restaurant was still under construction, noise was audible throughout the day even up on the third floor, although I did receive an unprompted apology for the noise by email on each day of my stay. Water leaks out through giant gaps around the shower door, which meant I had to mop up the puddle using a hand towel and wring it out after every shower. It would help if they installed a drainage channel outside of the door.

The hotel was modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean throughout. Checking in and out was a breeze. My room had a mini kitchen containing a microwave, small fridge, kettle, coffee maker and pods, plates, bowls, chopping board, knife, cutlery, washing up liquid, sponge, etc. Large desk/table with two chairs. Comfortable bed with amazingly soft pillows. On the ground floor there is a communal laundry area, luggage lockers, and a room where you can get extra towels and sundry items.

There is no restaurant or breakfast served on-site, nor are there any vending machines or snacks available.

Fantastic location with plenty of public transport options into the city center. The rooms are very clean, and the self check-in and keyless system are excellent

The bathroom door is very difficult to lock and the mini fridge takes a while to cool drinks.

It was my first hotel that had no lobby and it was kind of nice to be able to just walk in without having to greet someone every time. The storage was cool and we were able to keep our luggage in there until our rooms were available. The rooms were small but spacious enough. The beds were comfy and I enjoyed how soft the pillows were. The microwave worked as expected. The shower was also extremely spacious. The hotel itself is also only a 15minute walk from the town.

The building was smart-tech built. Check in and check out was done online. Everything was smooth. The room was absolutely clean and comfy. Kitchen utensils are readily available with free water coffee and tea. The shower area has a big space. Really recommendable.

very well set out apartment with everything you could need. great shower, microwave, fridge, all neatly organised, with lovely teas and coffees. we loved that there were no people to deal with, everything went very smoothly and if you have questions, customers services are very quick and helpful. very modern, clean and efficient. locarion was good too, just outside the main town but easily walkable. good value for money, highly recommended.

We had zero complaints until we were woken up my maintenance men doing facade work at 7am and then again from 12pm on Sunday morning (we were informed by email this would be 12-5pm). The noise was incredibly loud. I contacted the team via WhatsApp to alert them and they told us to put earplugs in… after some back and forth they reimbursed us 30% for that night. This is a 10/10 place but with the self check-in feature and no staff on-site for any issues that do pop up, it does question if I’d like to stay in a place like this again.

Laundry requires downloading an app to use that was a little cumbersome. No onsite personal if a problem were to arise (none did).

Easy to check in with app and door codes. Laundry on site. Quiet location only a short walk from city center. Brand new building with very comfortable beds and good blackout curtains.

When we checked in, our room was not ready yet and we did not receive a message to tell us. We wasted some time at the property because of that. The location is also not the best, we had at least a 20 min walk to get to an attraction.

The site itself is very well done, the room is comfortable and cozy. The facilities worked as advertised.

Very spatios, clean and close to the city center (15 min walk). Calm and safe neighborhood. We even had coffee for breakfast in our room, along with a selection of teas. Very good value for money.
