The location was close to the public access. Close to Good Restorantance. people on wheelchair has an easy access to the hotel. staff are friendly with good explanation to the best places to visit.

I liked the breakfast in general. However, it feels a bit boring if it's the same every day. There weren't many nice restaurants around. There was no hair comb available. One may feel the surroundings are too quiet.

Our room was located in a very beautiful building. The ceiling was very tall and felt comfortable. The room was spacious. There was a nice cot available for the baby and a separate bed for our 4-year-old child. It was very child-friendly. The bar downstairs was very cozy. It is close to the Prater and two metro stations, U1 and U2. There is also a park nearby. I liked the coffee machine in the room very much. The service desk was very friendly.

It became a little stuffy at night but this wasn't the hotels fault - we just opened up the outside door in the mornings. All in all everything was great.

Nestroy Wien was a nice comfortable hotel that was very quiet. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was really wonderful. The breakfasts at the Nestroy were exceptional. The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood near the metro stops and was easy to access. Great hotel all round.

One member of the staff was a little bit grumpy and made us feel not welcoming at first.

The localization was perfect, close to the metro station. Rooms were very clean and the gym and sauna were opened till midnight, which was very pleasant. Fresh bottled water every day was a nice addition to the overall.

The difference between the friendly and helpful reception staff and the unfriendly staff was drastic.

When I asked to use the sauna, they prepared it for me and I was able to relax and recover from my trip.

Booking got confused about including breakfast. Breakfast was nice but unwittingly cost me a lot of money so make sure you include it in the booking. It was the wrong side of the canal for tourist spots and cafes.

Staff were excellent. Rooms clean and light. Beds comfortable. Room service was great too!

Room service tried to enter to the room in morning hours, even on our check-out date when it should be obvious that before iur check-out there's no need for servicing.

Warm food availability (in limited selection) in late hours in lobby coctail bar was a great surprise.

It’s not a luxury hotel, but prices are steep- 4 eur for small bottle of water and 24 eur for breakfast.

Good quiet place. Close to metro, food store, bakery. If you like walking, you can walk to the old town. We didn't buy breakfast.

We weren’t satisfied with the breakfast menu as there weren’t many vegetarian options. We would suggest you to include more of cooked vegetarian foods.

Very close to the city center, just one turn and straight to the old town. Also very close to the Prater amusement park, which is what we went there for 😀 The hotel was clean and comfy. Staff was nice. We arrived a bit earlier, but could store our baggade there. Loved the hotel from the outside too, so beautiful. And the street was very quiet, seemed like a decent neighbourhood to us 🙂 We did not choose to have breakfast there as there are so many cafes nearby we wanted to try. But did love that we could have our first cup of coffee in the room, using the water boiler and instant coffee provided by the hotel.

The room is too small for 4 people to move around. All rooms are connected by one balcony, so in the middle of the night you can see a man outside your window. Breakfast is average. The hotel looks a little worst than in the pictures.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. The bathroom is beautiful and modern.
