Hotel facility and room are lovely, very cool and stylish decoration, friendly staffs always willing to help, breakfast with extra cost but worth the price! They also have dedicated parking space at the back of the hotel which is with sufficient space and safe.

Place its perfect, not noisy. I feel good in room, like home. Nice garden, nice restaurant to enjoy breakfast. Excelent Curteous personnel.. I will go back for longer period,. 2 nights its not enough.

Excelent location, 100 points to designer wich take care of place and put his soul in job. Very small cozzy room, but enlarged with ideea and concept.

The property was clean and the staff was extremely accommodating. The garden was very lovely and our room had a garden terrace which was nice and calming. It was quiet and relaxing.

The room was very nice but a bit tight. If you have big suitcase it’s difficult to move around. Also the bathroom (shower) could have been cleaner

Only minor issue was that the shower overflowed very easily due to having a very shallow shower basin so the bathroom floor got somewhat flooded whenever we showered - not the end of the world though.

A very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good views of mountains out of our room too! The welcome drinks and complimentary chocolate when checking out were nice touches.

I asked for an extra pillow while I was on my way out and the staff noted down my request. However, they did not check with me if I was comfortable with them entering my room while I was away so they left the pillow on my bed while I was out. I would have preferred if they checked with me first if I was ok with that.

Nice location, short walk from the train station. Room was well-equipped and comfortable, staff was also super friendly! The place also has a small gym downstairs. I didn't try the breakfast so unable to comment but there is a nice bakery selling a lot of baklava and a supermarket beside it just close by.

Great location from the train station and old town. The hotel had a lovely garden which was peaceful to sit in. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

A little of a walk to the bus stop, so plan ahead if you have a lot of luggage. Rooms also got hot during the day

Very clean and unique rooms. The rooftop was wonderful as well as the gardens outside! Lots of freebies for 3+ nights.. free public transportation, discounts on things to do, and greeted with a small bottle of champagne. Overall I’d stay here again.

Our room the second time was quite a bit smaller and kind of an awkward shape, but still very comfortable and well set up!

The hotel is very cool (though quite weird, but we got a kick out of it), and well located for a visit to Innsbruck. The room was well set up, and the free sparkling wine on arrival was a nice touch!

We expected the room to be compact, but given the amount of baggage and sports equipment we had, we should have booked a slightly larger room. The sliding bathroom / shower wall was innovative, but also slightly cumbersome at times.

Great aesthetic! Lots of thoughtful features and the staff was friendly. The location was amazing and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We loved the upstairs self-serve bar and rooftop patio.

A really unique hotel with brilliant rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff were really friendly and we’ve had two great stays here. It’s near to everything within walking distance but in a quiet area.
