Constant banging in the morning of the cleaner's door did wake us and continued for about an hour - we were in garden room 1 so very close. However apart from this, everything was perfect.

Loved the garden in particular. Lovely room. Really friendly and helpful staff. Loved the honesty box idea for food and drinks which we used. Created a great trusting atmosphere.

Can’t find a single bad thing to say about this property.

They have a range of room sizes to accommodate. The terrace is spectacular! The service is superb! When something does go wrong, they are quick to make it right and give out chocolates for the inconvenience. The elevator was a pleasant surprise too! Love this place. Will return!

It was very warm inside the room and one is not really able to "control" the temperature. The staff was helpful in trying to lower it on their end but ultimately we had to open the windows and that allowed for outside noise and light.

Very good stay overall. What we liked: - The location is ideal to explore the city; - The facilities were awesome - especially the media/kids area and the garden in the back. - kitchenette was very helpful for our toddler

It must be just one time mistake by a cleaner as every thing is perfect at this holte... but on the bathroom door, there was some sort of, maybe, mosquitos blood in the wide area (looks like a couple of mosquitos was killed?), which i wiped off and gone. Probably cleaner can pay an attention to the door surface next time :)

Nice little garden. Staffs are very friendly, best location, everything is very wonderful!!! We like to come back again.

We couldn’t stay longer! It was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed this quirky hotel. Well located about 12 minutes walk from train. From the moment we arrived we were made welcome and it was a joy to stay. While not large, the room was delightfully designed and decorated as were foyers and corridors. Wifi was good and we couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Ladder for towels in accessible bathroom made it difficult to reach toilet and sink in a wheelchair.

Bathroom door shared with the shower door— got a little funky after a little bit. Also didn’t love that there was no a/c— had to sleep with the windows open with a toddler who is sensitive to light while sleeping.

The small rooms are really quite cramped so not very comfortable for us as we were staying for a few days, but the staff were able to move us after a night.

Well located, in a quiet area a few minutes walk from the old town. The hotel had lots of interesting features, including a lovely shady garden, and an outside terrace with a self service bar, much appreciated after a long day! The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, Thankyou very much to them for sorting out an issue with our room.

It was quite windy that night and the blinds in front of the window where noisy.

I asked for a comfortable room for my elderly inlaws and they had a beautiful spacious bedroom on the first floor which was great. The breakfast buffet is always a treat at tNala, we sometimes just go there on the weekend just to have brunch.

Room temperature was rather warm & we couldn't adjust it. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

Loved this hotel! The staff were so kind. Every detail is considered to make the stay a special experience. We appreciated the prosecco at check-in and the viewing rooftop was a perfect way to start our visit to Innsbruck! Location was perfect, parking was easy to access.
