We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SloveniaThe property is in a great location—nicely tucked away from the busy road, yet still conveniently close to everything. There’s also a garage available for parking. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. We were cycling during our visit, and the location made for an excellent starting point for many tours.

IsraelWe are 3 guys from Israel. We were 5 nights at your hotel (march 2023) ski vacation. From the very first moment everything was just perfect. Excellent attitude from the hotel owners (As we arrived in, the hotel owner served us hot wine, every morning we have got coffee served by the hotel owner or his wife). Perfect location, perfect service, and perfect facilities. The spa includes opened jacuzzi on the roof, wet and dry sauna and rest room. In addition, the hotel and the rooms is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. We definitely recommend that hotel and look forward to come back again.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The interior design was modern and sleek, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The highlight of the stay was definitely the rooftop jacuzzi and sauna - the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. And the cherry on top? The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the ski lift. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back!
