We loved our stay in the penthouse at the house, having our own apartment with the hotel services was great.

We checked in late on the first night and by the time I realized something wrong with the floor heater, the reception was closed hence I couldn’t seek for help from any staff there. We went through a cold night (but luckily the blanket able to kept us warm). On the second day morning, the staff checked for us and found out the floor heater was closed by someone accidentally (?) and the staff reopen for us again. Since then we felt cozy and warm in the apartment.

Underground garage, location is near to town, the lake, and to Schmittenhöhe. Friendly staff, washing machine and dryer available at the lobby. Great breakfast with great cappuccino and various fruit selection. Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathroom comes with bathtub which kids LOVE it!

WOW!!! Great property with all the amenities of home. Fantastic staff who made us feel welcome and 'at home'. Excellent breakfast provided. Great location to the ski lifts and public transport. What a truly beautiful place - both the property and Zell em See. Thankyou all for making our stay memorable.

Excellent stay in Zellam see. Availability of cooking utensils, lift is there and good for family with kids/ luggage. Free spacious parking was provided by hotel in basement. Summer tourist card was provided where you have free entrance to many places and cable cars.

The hospitality was extraordinary, All the staff were smiley and helpful with everything the guests need. The location was great, about only 200 meters away from the bus station and 4 min walk from the train station, and easy access to all Zell am see. At the check out, you get a small goodbye gift to make your stay ends perfectly. Totally recommend it, and of course it will be my place next visit to the town.

The keycards can be a tricky sometimes in the main door. There is also a short slope to the main door - awkward for someone with poor mobility.

The breakfast is wonderful. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The place is spotlessly clean and very well equipped.

We booked 3 double beds in 3 rooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. We arrived to 2 double beds and 4 bunk beds. Totally unsuitable for 2 tall men and a group with 4 over 60s. After being told there was no way we could be changed as the hotel was fully booked we were finally offered another apartment that had what we booked. However we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves and hassle for bedding despite there being a 4th locked bedroom that had bedding in it. Eventually staff were very apologetic but we spent 1.5 hours and some anxiety getting to that point. On a 5 week, 4 country holiday this was our most expensive accommodation so we expected more.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious for a group of 8. We had an apartment. The outside deck was great. The washing machines downstairs were very accessible and we had no problem finding an empty machine. The breakfast was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped. The lifts were good, except when everyone was checking out. The young kids loved the nearby pool.
