We loved this hotel... friendly staff, great location and very nice rooms and interior. We had a room towards the back and it was so quiet. No noise from other rooms. Fantastic breakfast overlooking the river. Would stay again for sure.

No kettle and tea-making facilities in room, but there was a 24 hour machine in the hotel bar so it didn’t really matter.

Superb position and really lovely place, with excellent facilities and very well run by good staff. Also the breakfast is very good indeed!

The age of the property makes for a few inconveniences. The bathtub we had was way too high for my elderly mother to use. Also the toilet is in a separate room from the sink and tub/shower.

I loved that the building is historic. It’s over 500 years old and has a lot of character. It is right on the river’s edge and is perfectly located to explore Innsbruck on foot. The staff are absolutely amazing and are always willing to help with a friendly smile.

I couldn't figure out how to regulate the temperature of the room, there is not an easy way. In night I felt hot with the blankets, but cold without blankets.

Location is good, although a bit far from the train station. The staff is nice.

The room and its facilities can be a bit old.

In the heart of old town, the building has more than 500 years history. Open the window of our room, we found ourselves immersed in the iconic beauty of Innsbruck. The dinning hall for breakfast was gorgeous and home made breakfast is quiet exquisite. You can easily park in the public parking lot just across the river.

The internet did not work at all the first night and was very limited the second. I did let the front desk know but it didn’t improve. Internet worked in the hall but would cut out by the time we got in the room.

The location was great and there were 3 beds plus a baby bed for our family. Our room was right by the road but we could not hear any traffic at all. Excellent view of the city and river.

Very friendly and reasonable "happy hour" in the bar. Excellent breakfast with natural ventilation looking out over the River Inn. Excellent English speaking staff keen to provide travel directions and advice. Discounted cable car travel due to hotel discount card.

There was a main street outside our window so opening windows led to noise and smoke smells coming in, so we had to keep them closed, but there was AC!

The location was great. Walking distance to main train station and all main attractions! Rooms were clean and lovely and even had AC! Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!!

Breakfast was good. They even offer breakfast to go. Rooms are so clean and the a/c is very nice especially when the temperature outside is hot. Excellent bathroom Location of hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, shops.

The small bathroom was spotless & the shower was very efficient but it was tricky to get in& out ( for short/elderly/ less nimble folk). A walk in cubicle would have been much easier.

Very friendly & helpful reception staff. Delightful breakfast room with good fresh food. Excellent view across the river into the old town. Easy access to tea/ coffee from the dispenser in reception & a vending machine for emergency midnight snacks! The small bar was fine for a quick drink before setting out for dinner.

Not a Deal Breaker - I like windows open for fresh air. When they were open the traffic noise was 'there'. I closed the windows and the traffic noise disappeared. Again! Not a problem! Just me!

Excellent location in Innsbruck. Easy to find. Easy access to buses, shopping, and restaurants. Easy walk from Train Station to the Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice sized and clean. Breakfast was great - standard Breakfast fare but plentiful.

Mondschein was an amazing experience. The hotel is very well placed, near the bridge on the Inn river, 3 minutes away from the old city. We slept with the window open so we could hear the river running. The hotel is in an old charming building. The room was clean and cozy, even though the furniture a bit outdated. Breakfast was delicious and the staff, very friendly.
