Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaI had only one request when i booked- room with separate beds, because we are friends on business trip. They confirmed it's ok. But when we arrived, they gave us room with one bed. So, one simpe request ignored.
Clean, safe, good parking (but expensive, 26 e per night, it wasn't noted here during booking). Overall, totally average experience, nothing special, ok for 1 night stay.

ArmeniaThe bathroom and toilet doesn’t have a door at all which is absolutely weird. The room service is bad, all they do is just making the bed and vacuum cleaning, no collecting the trash from the tables, no making your staff to look tidy.
The rooms are very fresh and are exactly as in the pictures. The hotel is only 2-3 minutes to the tram station which makes it very easy to move around the city. Breakfast is of good quality, don’t expect smth extraordinary though. Staff at the reception were very polite and helpful.

Excellent location, very modern rooms, no to much furniture what I like at all. Welness and sauna are excellent, I spent working time on terace and it was stunning.

United StatesThe floors could be cleaner in the room. They need better towels. The worst thing is that they advertise that there is air conditioning in the rooms. That is a lie. And I was disappointed that the hotel would lie to its guests. The windows don’t open either, so it was difficult to deal with. It’s a shame such a great hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, but they say they do. It’s not fair to the customer. They need to take it off of the room description. It’s a lie. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IN SUMMER MONTHS. YOU WILL DIE OF HEAT.
It’s a beautiful hotel. The rooms are wonderful. Beds were amazing. Shower and bathroom well appointed. We really liked the beauty of the windows as well. Floor to ceiling windows.

AustriaSmall and expensive garage (25 eur per day). Really weird elevator route from parking area to the room and it takes ages to get the elevator ride in first place. Dirty room and leaky shower. On contrary to cleaning staff and breakfast staff, reception staff was rather rude and lacked proper hospitality experinces including proficiency of German and English.

GermanyThe room windows couldn't be opened, and the air conditioning was not effective. Since we're "cold" sleepers, this was a negative for us. The cleaning service was rather sporadic and unpredictable (but the room was clean). The hotel breakfast is vastly overpriced, unless you like a huge breakfast. We found inexpensive cafes in the neighborhood. The bar was nice, but the prices definitely much too high.
The room was very quiet, at all times of the day and night. It was also spacious. The fitness facilities were quite good - new equipment in good working order. The roof terrace was nice, but the weather was too windy to really use it. The staff was always friendly. On the whole good value for the price we paid. The hotel is close to subway and streetcar lines (about a five-minute walk)

AustriaWhen I arrived, I presented my residence permit to the receptionist. However, he informed me that he couldn't check me in unless I presented a driver's license instead. I didn't understand why my driver's license was considered more important than my residence permit, as I primarily use the latter in Austria, reserving my passport for use outside of Austria. Additionally, he wasn't even friendly when I politely pointed this out. Other staff members were very friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect for me, and the breakfast was lovely as well.

The room was quite spacious and the proximity to the underground is great. Sadly I didnt manage to try out the Sauna and the Spa are, however it was one of the reason why I booked the hotel.

BelgiumWe asked for a glutenfree and milkfree breakfast and it was garanteed. However, at breakfast they could only serve us glutenfree bread (no other toppings or granola...).
We liked our stay. The breakfast was really delicious. We had a large room. The hotel is located at a 3-min walk to the metro station.
