Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

KenyaThis is one of the best properties I have stayed at! The location was excellent. Walking distance from the train station and bust stops. Lots of small little restaurants near by. The host was extremely helpful, very responsive and easy to reach out to. The apartment itself, extremely clean, modern, excellent amenities, well equipped kitchen and looked almost new! Overall a fantastic experience! Highly recommend if you're coming to salzburg!

ChinaAt about 7:30 PM, two strange women knocked on our door and asked for the password to open the entrance door on the second floor. I told them to pull the door, and they could go through. Then they rushed out. It was so weird. I thought they didn't stay here. At night, the main entrance requires a password, and the door stays open for a while, making it easy for someone to follow in. A few days later, I’m still feeling uneasy here.
It is an easy walk to the bus stop, where you can find a connection to Wolfgang. The room has air conditioning and heat. The bed is comfortable.

RomaniaThe streaming channel (Netflix) was installed but you have to enter your own account. We were expecting to work directly. However, there was not too much time to watch movies so we were ok.
The location is very good, the bus from the airport (number 2) has the stop right in front of the building. This was convenient for us. The Mirabell garden is next to the building and the city center 10 minutes walking distance. The coffee machine and the coffee in the morning was a nice surprise. The beds and pillows very comfortable and sufficient room for 4 persons.

IrelandMy wife and I stayed here for 3 nights.. The location was brilliant just 5 mins from the train station and 5 mins to the centre.. The studio apartment was fantastic..it is located on a lovely street.. there is a spar shop 2 mins away.. it is right beside Mirabellgarten, where some of the scenes from the sound of music movie was filmed.. i love the app you get on your phone before you arrive. we highly recommend this part hotel..

AustraliaThe luggage storage system was not great. We messaged the night before check out to request luggage storage and were told to contact again in the morning when we wanted to drop the bags off. I messaged via booking.com with no response. I found the WhatsApp contact but was unable to call and only message. All up it took 40 minutes of waiting before a response and the information was not clear when received. It’s not until the time that you’re trying to drop the bags off that they tell you it is not a secure storage spot. I had to keep asking questions on the location of the storage room and in the end gave up as it was not clear and we had wasted too much time trying to store the luggage.
The room was amazing and in a great location. The bed was one of the comfiest beds during our Europe trip. Would definitely select this spot again if returning to Salzburg.

UruguayThe pillows!!!! But I guess this is a matter of taste? and it really depends on what you are used to and your preferences...for me there were to high and not comfortable and I ended up having a big neck contracture that impeded me of enjoying my last day.
Location is great, just 9' walk from the Hbf and 20' walk to the Altstadt where most of the main attractions are. Many places to eat around and close to various supermarkets. Very quiet place, but also my room was at the back of the building, I imagine If you are at the front, situation might change (I ignore if there are apartments located at the front though but you might want to ask beforehand). Impressed with the Air Conditioning! It is the first one I see in 2 months of stay traveling around Europe and I have been staying in 4 star locations. The room was aired when I came in so it was a pleasure to find it so fresh, there was complementary water too (but you don't need to buy water in Austria anyways (or Germany) and you can drink safely from the tap). There was complementary coffee that lasted for all my stay and I loved that! Usually complementary coffee is just for one day or maximum 2 so I appreciate that as well. The kitchen is very functional in spite of being so small. It has everything you need and there is nothing I would add. I didnt have any issue with the code at the entrance and I felt very safe when inside. The lightings are perfect and I loved the design of the appt. Host was very responsive and attentive to any need.
