Seriously had nothing negative to say about accommodation.

Communication with accommodation provider is excellent.. The location of the property is perfect. Central to old town,, bars and restaurants, all transport connections and tourist trip providers. The accommodation is spacious, clean and comfortable with all amenities necessary. Will definitely visit again.

Maybe the bathroom door at some parts can see through is not a good idea. Common areas are bare minimum but it’s ok as we don’t use them so much.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was superb and very comfortable with excellent kitchen and bathroom areas. The location is excellent - close to the train station and a couple of minutes to the Mirabell Palace. There is a lovely outdoor terrace. The check-in and check-out arrangements were great. The property hosts provided efficient and friendly service. We would highly recommend staying here.

I couldn’t really fault it. My only gripe would be no storage, wardrobe, drawers etc in the bedroom, only a small unit out by the kitchenette.

The apartment was a little smaller than what we anticipated, the Sofa-bed was not very comfortable, but still managable. The kitchenette had a single stove which made it a little difficult to cook seperately for kids & us and the kitchen platform was too cramped with so many things being fit into a small place. There were no cooking essentials like salt, oil, sugar etc and we had to buy them from the Billa super-market nearby.

The Master Mirabell Apartments are located at a very good location. It's right on the main road that leads to the heart of the city, very close to the Mirabell Garden and 500-600 meters from Train Station. We were able to comfortably roll our suitcases from the Train station to here without any hassle. We had a long night flight to munich and then took a train to reach Salzburg and to our surprise our apartment was ready for us to move-in when we reached by 12 noon! The room was very clean and tidy as described on the web-site. It has a Sofa-bed in the living room and a Queen's bed in the bedroom, with Cofee, Tea maker, single stove, dish-washer, refrigerator and a locker. As the apartment is located on the main road leading to the city center from Train Station, it has plenty of sunlight and can hear the buzz of the city while the windows are open. It's also very close to Super Market and Bus-stand (Mirabell Platz), from where you can get to Hellbrun Palace, Hallstatt etc. The city center can be reached by 7-8 mins walk as well, either via the winding road of the old town or along the banks of the river.

Excellent location for access to main train station and to bus and tram routes, as well as to Mirabell Gardens and the old town. Facilities were very good and access code entry made checking in simple and convenient. Bed was very comfortable.

There was no freezer in the apartment.

The location of the apartment was excellent. There was a bus stop right next door. It was adequately stocked and even though everything was contact less, there was no problem. The only thing I feel was missing is a freezer in the refrigerator because as a tourist staying in a apartment there is need of ica, and storage of frozen foods etc.

The street noise is a little loud.

Very clean and well equipped. The kitchen makes it easy to have light meals. The bedroom is separate from the living room. It is also not far from the train station.

Staying at the master accommodation was amazing. It's within walking distance of the central station and is worth the money. It's a perfect place for a family of two adults and one child, equipped with necessary kitchen utensils and all the required amenities.

The downstairs common area looked a little unfinished. I was a little disappointed that the hair conditioner (refillable) bottle provided in the bathroom was filled with shampoo instead. 😅 I had brought my own anyway, but I kind of wanted to use the one provided, bc the products smelled so good. Also if anyone cares, the room we were in was connected to another apartment by a door (which was locked), but you could hear the neighbour very well. We didn't mind bc the neighbour wasn't loud, but I was worried we were disturbing him with our conversation. Felt like he was in the same room with us when he sneezed or coughed 😂

The building is very close to the train station and city centre. The entrance area was clean and inviting. The rooms were very lovely and comfortable. The shower suplies were a nice surprise. They smelled so good. The apartment had a small fully equiped kitchen. I asked if they had somewhere to store our luggage after we checked out. They kindly let us leave our suitcases in a common room in the basement (not separately locked) until it was time to catch our train.

Our stay at Master Mirabell was enjoyable and very pleasant. The service was terrific, the room was a great size, and the furnishings and kitchen had everything one might need or want while away from home. The response to an issue with the bed was instant, and the issue was resolved by the time we came back from an outing. All in all an amazing stay
