The hotel is ridiculously dirty and old! All the corridors literally smell of age, dirty sheets from cleaning the rooms are standing in the corridors. Lovely traditional hotel overlooking the river and bridge. Great location right in the centre of the village. The hotel is large with lots of communal areas. Seemed a bit short staffed and staff weren't super friendly, but not awful. They let us store our bikes in a spare dining room. Lovely swimming pool in the large grassy garden at the back with fresh water filtered through reed beds - a highlight! Rooms were spacious and breakfast was plentiful.

A Fantastic Hotel with plenty of character with some modern touches, There are so many rooms to relax in, I dont think I saw all of the place, an outside natural swimming pool which looked very inviting considering the high temperatures, unfortunately I cant swim. The Hotel is situated in a small town at the end of the grossglockner. Plenty of choice at breakfast.There is free parking outside or in the very large underground car park and I had no worries leaving my motorcycle there, Theres also a supermarket a five minute walk away.Only stayed for 1 night but wished I had booked maybe 3 nights to really appreciate this lovely hotel.

We were given keys to an unmade/dirty room but we were moved right away. The pillows were like bags of cement but beds were very comfortable .

We loved the restaurant, breakfast, location, view from rm, Brutus, piano bar& Tommy!

Dirty towels. Leftover towels from previous guests. Stinky toilet. Broken bed. Uncomfortable pillows and torn sheets. Very arrogant and unprofessional staff, ignoring clients, mean. Very old and damaged furniture. Poor breakfast, nothing to choose from. They say that they have a swimming pool, but it’s not ready for use (very dirty), no sun umbrella.

Rather dated room decorations. Carpet floors in the room made room cleanliness questionable, no shampoo / shower gel disposable sin the room, but tiny soap disposables available through the reception!!!.

We got a different room (without balcony and very dark) than we booked fairly in advance. After telling the receptionist we got an answer that all the hotel rooms are booked. We were only provided with an option to move to a different hotel which we did not accept. Breakfast selection was very poor and the buffet room super packed. We stayed for only one night which was okay, but wouldn't come back.

The hotel is in a good location on a main street and there is plenty of parking places, even though just very limited amount underground. Hotel has a nice historic touch and the room was very clean.

Horrible gyuality of mattress in bed.

Clean room, but in Villa,100m from the main Hotel,we were not informed about that! So we had to move to the main Hotel for breakfast.

Very expensive hotel, in relation to what it gives, no shampoo no soap, beds with old and uncomfortable mattresses, very old towels, breakfast very sparse, almost nothing, the dining room is not clean, the truth is a waste of money

They didn't find my booking. I had to wait for at least 30 minutes to get some random room which had windows to the lobby and the windows leaked cigarette smell from the outside.

Room was too old and had wooden smell everywhere, doors were making noise every time you try to open or close, old furniture, mattresses were so bad that we couldn’t sleep, swimming pool had a slippery base due to algae and even algae was floating in the tank, no toiletries in the room - you have to pick it up from the front desk and that too had leaking pouches of bathing liquid.

Location of hotel is good, a lot of free space within hotel, enough parking space, breakfast was okay.

If you booking a room in this hotel, it doesn't mean you will live here. We were told that there are no free rooms in hotel and that we will live in some villa nearby. Villa was poor , a very long ago furnished, with plenty of hair and dirt on the bathrooms floor (see photos). Didn't found any soap and shampoo in a bathroom as well. Breakfast in a main hotel was also very poor, presented without any love.
