We booked two rooms during our stay. The first room had a balcony and was spacious, but unfortunately, it did not have air conditioning. Given the hot weather, this was quite uncomfortable. The hotel did provide a fan, but it did not fully alleviate the heat. Additionally, the curtains in the room were a bit old and did not quite match the room's color scheme. On the upside, the minibar was complimentary for the first use, which was a welcome surprise. The second room we booked did not have a lake view but did have air conditioning, which made a world of difference in terms of comfort. The price difference between the two rooms was significant, making the air-conditioned room a great value for money. We highly recommend this option.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was quite satisfactory. The hotel facilities and environment were excellent, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the standout features was the complimentary parking, which was a huge convenience. Additionally, the option to rent hotel bicycles was a wonderful amenity that we greatly appreciated. Regarding the hotel breakfast, it was fairly standard and offered a semi-buffet style. One of the waitress in the restaurant was particularly impressive. She was extremely enthusiastic, diligent, and attentive, providing excellent service. Our children took a particular liking to her.

Location was excellent near the center and the hotel vibes were perfect. I like the room and view. I like the lake and park. The room serves were friendly and helpful i asked them for air conditioning they brought one for me.

It is a bit far to walk from the village, but about 3 minutes drive. The parking in the village itself costs a few euros.

The place has an old, yet rich feel. Dark wood floors, a huge room with a bed, bath and a beautiful room view to the lake. The breakfast was the best I've had in Austria, and the staff was very accommodating. We've also had dinner to celebrate our anniversary, and the dinner was amazing! Beautiful presentation and taste. The place has a beach bar and a private beach, although when we stayed the lake temp was a bit cold to swim. I would come again!

Maybe due to age of the hotel building many facilities seem not work very well.eg Some lights in our bathroom did not work and we were told that they will try to fix it but never did.We also overheard some guests had some minor complaints about their room too

The baredom and unkindness of male waiters does not suit this wonderful place.

Wonderful surroundings, cosy accommodation, stunning lake views. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We recieved a warm welcome on arrival, thanks to Bernadett. I must mention that Barbara was a great help to me, she made breakfast a pleasure in spite of my many food allergies. Thank you, ladies.

Half of the floor of my room was covered by a cloth. However, its margins were not fixed. Sometimes we were almost stumbled. That's why I could not give it a "10".

I spent much time at the balcony of my room which exhibited a spectacular lake view. The staff are warm and helpful. The hotel is just 15 minutes walk from the city centre. But this location provides the peaceful and quiet environment. And the breakfast was excellent.

We LOVE this place! For my friends it was definitely love at the first sight and we are already talking about coming again. The view is stunning and the rooms are so nicely decorated. It's also nice with the minibar full of Redbull drinks. The restaurant is also very cozy.

We booked a few days holiday in the top studio room and were blown away by the incredible view. From our balcony, we had a breathtaking panorama of the lake and snow-capped mountains. The spa was clean and cozy, providing a relaxing retreat. The breakfast served was superb, offering a variety of delicious options. We also highly recommend trying the dinner at the hotel restaurant; the food was absolutely wonderful. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

Wonderful place. Nice and friendly staff. The location and the restaurant itself deserve special attention, the food is very tasty, the views are beautiful. They not only charge money for staying with dogs, but also provide a special kit for dogs. The bathroom has fragrant bath amenities. We liked the spa and relaxation area, everything was done with high quality and taste. We will definitely come again❤️

It is next to the bus station. Easy to access the hotel even without driving. The location is nice which is next to the lake. The facilities are good. The room is comfort.

I wish there was actual spa, it would have been greater, however there was a sauna only. but it still has a very good facility and enough to relax!

Fantastic view from the window, everything was well prepared and ready. The breakfast was amazing. Also has a great spa area with the sauna facility to relax, I am definitely coming back!
