There was only one negative for us - there was a pretty well equipped kitchen, but there was not oven in the kitchen. So if you don't plan to cook or use the oven - then I would rate the property as 10 out of 10.

The property exceeded our expectations. There was free coffee machine and kids playroom in the house, as well as warm room to dry your ski equipment. The property is pretty close to all 4 resorts in the area - less than 10minutes by car to reach any of them.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Well equipped (kitchen utensils, towels, toilet paper, dishing machine tablets - all the stuff needed to simply enjoy the stay) Playroom for kids available in the building. Warm, spacious ski room. Coffee machine available in the reception area. Parking spots in front of the building Close to ski lifts (5-10 minutes drive to Rohrmoos II and Planai cable car)

Opening windows at night time will result in mosquitoes entering the apartment(no nets in the windows). No actual living room although the apartment is quite big.

Great value for money. Close to all major attractions. A very well equipped kitchen with all the things you need and beyond. Nice and large rooms. Clean.2min and walk to hofer and penny market supermarkets. In addition, you get the summer cards.

Squeaking door handles. When it wakes your little child up when you want to leave a room quietly, you will not be pleased 🙂.

Beautiful spacious apartment, especially excellent for big families. Quiet area at the same time close to the main road to the town. Five minutes on foot to the supermarket. Little child’s can play with three rabbits next to the house when you came from a trek and want to take some rest. The host is excellent! Professional, friendly. You can feel that it is a "family business", they care about their guests. Summercards included your stay are very useful. Great apartment hause we can only recommend!

We were 2 adults and 2 children and stayed for 6 nights. We got the Dachstein appartrment that included 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms + toilets, fully equipped kitchen, and very large balcony. Everything was very clean and well organized, and with very warm touch. The owners (Resch family) were very nice and kind. There is a little garden with 3 rabbits...our girls loved it! The location is excellent. 1 minute driving from 2 supermarkets, and less then 10 minutes driving from Schladming center which includes also self laundry service (12:00-22:00) which we used twice. We loved this place and would be happy to come back.

No washing machine in the appartment Houskeeping is only taking the trashes , fill toilet papers and clean floor once a week

Location and facilities like fully equipped appartment, free coffee in reception , the owner was very helpfull and answered all my question , also she help me to take my wife to train station (thank you very much ) and she give us the summer card to enjoy the activities

one of the easiest '10' i ever gave for accomodation on booking.com :-) AMAZING PLACE! huge and comfortable place with everything you can think of including axbox and football table in the childeren room, lundray machine. free espresso in the lobby and beautiful view. summercard included in the price

Everything was alright. I´m sorry we couldn't stay longer.

The apartment house was absolutely excellent, everything was clean, modernly furnished, spacious, the location was quiet, but everything was within reach. A perfect place for trips and the cable cars can be reached by car in less than ten minutes. The lady of the house was very nice, accommodating, we really felt very comfortable there. As bonus Sommer card were part of the stay, it was very useful. We highly recommended to everyone.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Beautiful apartment, perfectly equipped, with a great terrace. Beautiful bathroom, everything just fantastic. We had a lovely stay here and if we were to go to Schladming again and it was possible, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect: very comfortable, spacious, clean, fully-equipped and well-located (for skiers) apartments, run by an excellent family :-). A good coffee was a nice and much welcomed gratis :-). Thank you very much! We hope to come back one day.

Apartment was too small for 3x persons, little bit of mold in toilet, hot water quickly dissipates.

Very polite and helpful owners, great location, peaceful surroundings, storage area for snowboards and equipment.
