We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWeird brown marks on the bathroom wall, very dull blue light in bathroom ( not suitable for make up),, pillows were really soft but very flat so had to fold it in half as there was no extra. Weird smell mainly in the morning in the corridor ( strong Asian food smell), kettle was hidden in the desk cupboard but we thought the room had none so missed out on drinking our own coffee powder. No tea or coffee in the room.
Easy to get to from the motorway and easy to find with Google maps. Room key retrieved from key lock due to arriving late. Great instructions given in message. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well. Shower, toilet and sink was clean. Cheap and cheerful but personally wouldn't go lower than this accommodation. Car had parking space next to the entrance of the building. We had joining rooms for our teenagers which was very helpful from staff. Blinds didn't completely block the sun but it didn't bother us.
