My main one would be the pillows. They were basically flat I had to place towels underneath just add a bit of thickness to it. The property is very small, most especially the bathroom. I’m a tiny five foot girl and still struggled to fit. Window faces the atrium so door shutting and people talking echoes very loud which can disturb your sleep.

Good location with lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Easy metro ride to and from the airport. Property was clean and self check in was easy. Cleaner leaves fresh towels outside your door even if you request no to housekeeping that day.

I found the process difficult. I did not receive the code to do the self-checking so had to call to request it. And had to call two more times to get a code that works and be able to self-checking.

The staff at the phone was really kind and helpful.

It was in a good location, not a far walk to central Vienna or other attractions. There were shops and restaurants around.

We haven't received all the necessary codes for our rooms, but we cleared this up in a minute by contacting the staff. Sadly, my friends in the 3 bed room haven't got any soap and a set of bed cloathes were missing Thankfully my room had an additional so we resolved that as well

The rooms were okay size, clean and cozy Communication with the staff was great!

The shower is the only weird part of the room. No toiletries are provided, so bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. And the toilet seat was so close to the shower, your butt will touch the glass, even if you're a thin person... other than that no issues, the shower itself was ok and towels were provided.

The best thing about this place is the location. Literally a 5 min walk from the main central station, which was very convenient. We got an email with self check-in instructions in advance and it was pretty clear. We got a room with 3 beds and they were surprisingly comfortable. The room was clean. For the very low price it's really what we expected, no problems at all. We stayed 1 day only, and it was just fine.

Location is near Mittel station with fast train to Airport and multiple metro network, also surrounded by various shops. The toilet and shower room is good. WIFi in room is also quite smooth and fast.

If I'm not mistaken, they mention the availability of toiletries and of a coffee machine in the lobby. The only toiletry was the hand aoap at the sink and the coffee machine was out of order. It would be nice to be a bit clearer about these things in the listing. For the price I didn't mind it at all, but these two things are the only negatives I can think of. Oh, and the toilet paper holder hadm't been cleaned in a while, even though everything else was spotless.

Overall, this property is great value for money. The self checkin works smoothly, the room was clean and it was quiet. Great location, very close to Wien Mitte and two underground lines.

The beds were a bit hard for my taste. Also there was some dust in the radiator.

The self check-in worked really well, we had no issue finding the place and getting in with the pins provided. The owners sent us some instructions through email that made the process really easy to follow. We had no issues with noises. There is a metro station 3 min away from the property which made it easy to get around the city. No issues with hot water.

The room was basic but okay. It would have been great if the room also had a refrigerator. One issue was the elevator. The room was on the third floor and the elevator was not to be used. Another minor issue was that we specifically chose the double bed room but it was actually two single beds joined together.

Perfect location for one night stay, going to Vienna Airport. Property is only 4 min walking distance from Wien Mitte station. Self check inn works well.
