The main the thing I didn’t like was the fact the door didn’t lock! The walls were quite thin meaning I could hear people going up and down the corridors as well as the doors shutting when other guests got to their rooms. The room felt somewhat tired with lots of scuff marks on the wall and the duvet also looked like blackcurrant juice had been spilt on it - that said I had a replacement duvet and the bed was comfy.

The location is good with nice views of the mountains - although it didn’t matter to me, this hotel is also a 15-20 minute walk from the centre so it’s worth factoring that in if you decide to stay here. Plenty of food and drink options at the hotel or you can walk a few minutes to get to lots of different restaurants.

    - Small room, especially if we are traveling with a dog - The bill was issued in German and only after being translated into English it turned out that it had been calculated incorrectly to my detriment. An attempt to contact the hotel was unsuccessful.

    - Cleanliness - Everything on site worked without any problems - Cozy room - Proximity to the center and attractions in Salzburg

The room cleaning service was not great . The rooms were not cleaned or moped daily. My room had dirty coffee cups despite the rooms being cleaned. The cleaning staff reallneeds to pull up their socks

Jufa is very centrally located. The reception & restraunt staff is very friendly & helpful. They have a good breakfast. Overall a good experience.

Minimal toiletries (thankfully we had our own shower gel, shampoo & conditioner) but the hotel only supplied the bathroom with toiletries the final night of our 4 night stay. To be fair we didn't raise the issue as we brought our own but as the room was cleaned daily, it should have been obvious to staff to supply some.

Super friendly staff, amazing location. Very clean throughout (although the room was a little tight space wise)

The room is pretty small and design is not very modern. For 1 night it is okay. Coffee in the lobby is not tasty.

Parking place (you need to pay extra though), tea and a kettle in the room

Be aware that the rooms are very very small with limited storage space. There's no closet to hang your clothes and limited space to set down a bag. The restaurant leaves something to be desired. I was looking for something to eat, and the hotel's website does not mention that there is a restaurant, just a bar with snacks. I left the hotel to find something to eat and bring it back to eat on the beautiful outdoor patio. While the patio had numerous people sitting outside, absolutely no one had any food. The restaurant manager asked me to leave the area as we did not purchase our food there. Too bad I didn't know the restaurant had food... I guess I could have done some more research, but I would have liked to have eaten my meal outside. Perhaps the hotel can do more to advertise their food options.

The location of this hotel was great for walking to the major city sites. It was in a quiet area with some pretty green space. The room was clean, well lit, and we appreciated being able to open the window in the evenings to get some fresh air. The hotel offers a restaurant and bar, but we did not use either of these facilities as the restaurant closed fairly early. There are nice gathering spaces both inside and outside of the hotel, but be aware you must purchase food and their drinks to use the outdoor space.

No extractor fan in the bathroom so it got a bit steamy when showering

Comfortable bed, good breakfast efficient friendly staff, good location nicely designed modern hotel, with spacious public areas and a nice terrace area outside with views of the castle.

We would have appreciated a kettle in the room. The room was very small.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was pretty good. Because the hotel caters to conferences, it was a bit difficult navigating the fresh, hot food.

    Room was a bit outdated.

The hotel has a great location and excellent facilities especially for kids. The room was though only available late and the design / furniture of the room could be improved. Breakfast was excellent and the proximity of the castle and nice views from the location were a big plus.

We were a bit surprised that the woman at the breakfast reception didn't speak any english at all, generally the reception staff was a bit serious but friendly, whereas the bar staff was always super helpful and lovely!

This hotel has the most amazing view from the large outdoor area, looking straight at the castle above! We came by car and paid about 8€ per day for parking which is reasonable, and the location is about a 20min walk from the main square which was just perfect. Breakfast is quite expensive but you can order an omelette in their bar for around 8€ and it was delicious. Great coffe and even midnight snack (ham&cheese toast) as the bar is open 24/7 - this came in handy since a lot of restaurants close early in Austria. The room was small but clean and modern, we even had a view of the castle.
