The bedroom was not very suitable for a tall couple. I swapped with hubby on which side of bed we slept as he kept banging his head on a cut in on the ceiling. Then I banged my head which was not good as i had just recovered from a head injury previous to travelling 😀 tried to change the room but unfortunately hotel was fully booked. Not the staffs fault.

The shower tray leaked into the room. Plus, the limit on 2 cups of coffee.

The breakfast was outstanding. My only complaint is that they had a limit on 2 cups of coffee, which we found rather odd. The room had character. The bed was big and very comfortable. The hotel was quirky and fun. It had style and the bar offered an amazing selection of cocktails.

Double bed but two single duvets - wasn’t great. No bin in the room other than the toilet bin. No kettle or fridge.

Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, from start to finish. We spent our wedding anniversary at the hotel and asked for flowers and a bottle of champagne to our room, which they provided for us. The reception even went beyond that by asking to take care of reservations for a restaurant that evening. All staff at the breakfast were super friendly and attentive, the breakfast itself was delicious. Despite the room & hotel itself being nice and beautiful, the friendly staff is the reason for us to come again.

I would have been happy to know beforehand that "no view to the city" means a view to the opposite wall of the house across the inner yard. On the other hand, if you do not spend much time at the hotel, it does not truly matter. Also, one shelf for clothing would have been ore comfortable.

The hotel had the nicest staff I have ever encountered. The breakfast service was beyond expectations! I believe the relatively small number of rooms allows providing such a wonderful attitude toward each visitor. The interior was with style.

Apart from the fact that the whole property was so beautiful, services of very polite employees were exceptionally great, the room itself was 100/10, pleasant evening down at the bar … I will definitely come back and recommend this place.

Second morning breakfast chaos, there was really some problems! The older waitress asked angry, had we a reservation and required us to make reservation for breakfast tomorrow!! We weren't informed to do that to get breakfast! We didn't feel welcome that morning, like we did the day before with great service!

The only thing I disliked was the curtains since they let all the light through in the morning. I would have preferred thicker curtains or some shutters.

Being really picky perhaps but a bit more bedroom space would have been nice but that said well designed bedroom, bed very comfortable and good shower .

The bed was so so comfortable and lush, my only feedback would be that it would be super cool to have the option of two blankets or one larger one! I do miss having a large duvet that fits the whole bed, instead of two individual blankets, however this is just the way most hotels in this part of the world are and it is not a reflection on the hotel at all.

What an incredible hotel! I felt like a character in a movie staying here. The interior design was gorgeous, beautiful room, great bar, good breakfast, very comfy bed. This hotel is a gift that keeps giving, so many thought out touches and charming surprises. I also love that they offer a later check out time than most hotels, and you can choose to have breakfast in the lovely lounge or in your room. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, with no request being too much. I will be coming back to Vienna just to return to the world inside this hotel.
