Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location!! On the Mariahilferstrasse with all its shops/restaurants. Minimal walking distance from the Westbahnhof. Breakfast is incredible. Walk out the front door and there's a Billa Supermarket across the street. Had a single issue with the Air conditioning, which was fixed quickly. Our room on the 6th floor was overlooking the square (under renovation), which can be noisy when the window is open. Good sized room with a refrigerator, safe, and large wardrobe.

NetherlandsThe basic rooms are to be considered basic. Little out-dated and missing a small refrigator. Not a breaking point in my opinion. Shower entrance is elevated, so you need to step 10 cm up to get in. OK for us, but still sometimes tricky when getting out from a slippery floor. I would expect a lower price for the provided amenities. We did not include the pricey breakfast, because there are many shops around the hotel.
Location is key with this hotel. We were able to get to all major attractions within 20 minutes with the help of public transport: one tram line (#5) stops in front of hotel, metro station is just around the corner and within two minute walking distance of Wien Westbahnhof. Our room was also quite spacious and fresh (clean + no smells). Very quiet room, even though hotel hosts groups of people.

TurkeyUpon our arrival, we were given the room of someone else’s, which was not pleasant for us nor the people sleeping inside. Was excused as a fault of previous employe, but raised a few concerns about safety if such mistake can happen.
Great location. Close to many public transport. Clean and spacious room. Bathroom spacious and necessities are available. Lobby is great as well, able to spend time until our next destination after checkout.

The room was small but well equipped and clean. Breakfast could be better. There is quite expensive parking, but nearby - next to the hotel.
