Perfect location on the top of center! There is a public parking 10m from hotel and pay at hotel 29€/per 24h. Very smart!

The mattress of bed not comfortable. The service of the staff is good but needs to be improved. Also the room has to be more clean . In overall the hotel needs to upgrade his service and comfortability in order to deserve the 4 stars and to keep theae prices. The rooma arw overpriced.

The location is perfect near te westbanhoff station.

20 euros per person the breakfast??? Room for 2 has frigobar, the family room, more expensive has not. Why? Unfriendly front-desk. The dpuble bad was in fact 2 single together, that were apart from each other all the time..not for a couple. Shower has a step which turns to be too dangerous and slippery for.senior guests. The 3rd bed was mainly on the floor. Not good for senior either.

The room was not cleaned at all, they just made the beds, and even though we complained, it didn't help.

The staff was helpful and booked us 2 adjoining rooms. The rooms had a door between them through which the voices from the next room could be heard. We would have liked to have an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the room. There is a construction site on the ground floor of the hotel, which is also being worked on during the night, and the noise can be heard if the window is open.

The hotel is located near tram, metro and train stations. The staff is kind and friendly. The room is comfortable. On the last day, you can leave your luggage at the reception until departure time.

There was a construction around the hotel and they started to work at 7 am in the morning.

It is easy to access. Price/comfort is good. By walking very close to metro line Westbahhof, which is just 5 stops away from Stephanplatz. Takes 15 mins to arrive. There are two park places around the hotel for the cars. The one I used was very close.

the room we stayed connected to another room and the connected door was not locked so we asked for changing room.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room which would have been nice but vending machines and bar located in the hotel where you can purchase tea/coffee. Unlimited coffee with breakfast.

Breakfast was really lovely we enjoyed it. Lots of variety and unlimited so can have as much or little as you want, hot and cold food options which was great. Location was perfect metro station pretty much right outside the hotel round the corner. Easily accessible to all main attractions in Vienna via metro or walking. Centre where all museums are was not far on the metro! Lots of local amenities, shops and restaurants. Room was lovely, bed very comfy, mini fridge in room which was perfect for us to keep cold drinks in (our own mini bar if you like), shower was perfect! Lovely stay!

Very warm rooms, AC working OK but still a bit stuffy. Breakfast was OK but not worth the price. There are plenty of cafés nearby where you can get different breakfast selections for less money.

Excellent location close to Westbahnhof (airport bus stop and multiple tram lines) and the cozy Neubau area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice rooms, clean, not super fancy but just what you need for a busy city weekend. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend this hotel for city explorers.

They stopped to provide Free City Ticket: I would be ready to pay more for the room, in order to get is.

They no longer offer a complementary transport ticket for the duration of the stay at the hotel . This was quite dispointing. We've been staying in Intercity for nearly 10 years and this was one of the perks that we felt was very convenient. We hope they reconsider this decision.

Location is unbeatable. The lobby has been recently renovated . Breakfast is very good.
